The website was easy to navigate. I am new to the whole eBikes world and was able to find all the info I needed to make an informed decision (I chose the CrossCurrent S). The ordering process was very easy, and my bike arrived ahead of schedule. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Overall, I have really enjoyed my shopping experience with Juiced Bikes.

Purchased a prototype and am having issues. I shouldn't have to perform maintenance myself. I should receive a complete replacement bike instead of trying to fix major issues myself. Not totally satisfied with Customer Service and lack there of.

This is the second review in two weeks. Juiced is a great company, I enjoy riding my Juiced bike more than my other 2 ebikes which cost far more money. Tora knows what people enjoy in an ebike quality performance, speed, range, beautiful design, backed up with the best of class Service department.

Cross Current S great bike, but some of the additional accessories placed on bike have problems not thought out well! Rear light especially, not able to change batteries because there is no room under rear carrier to get to release snap to change out batteries.

Very happy so far with the bike, it was packed very well, no dents or scratches.

CrossCurrentX is blazing fast and super dependable. It has a smooth ride and all the options built-in that other bikes make you buy as add-ons. The delivery was quick and on-time. Would recommend to anyone who just wants a great ride!

While I have only ridden the bike five days commuting, I'm having a blast!
Everything is working well and the bike doesn't mind the 20degree mornings a bit.

My rip current s came with a broken fender. Customer service was excellent as they sent one out immediately. Bike works great.

So far my bike is operating a advertised. Great quality and value. The customer service is amazing and they definitely stand behind their product. Had a couple of minor issues such as scratched paint and broken fender caused by the front tire that broke loose from the packaging strap and a headlight that did not work. They immediately addressed the issue and provided a gift card for the inconvenience. I highly recommend doing business with Juiced Bikes!

Great bike. Lots of power and a great look. It was easy to put together and so much fun to ride.

The service is good, but... it lacks in communications with the user. Once a request or claim is made it seems that nobody is taking care of the problem.

I can honestly say this has been the best investment I’ve ever made. This bike is so fun and it allows me to be on it for hours, despite living in an area with many hills. The pedal assist allows me to climb hills with no problem. I’ve also discovered a lot of trails in my area that I’ve never knew were there before. I haven’t exercised or got out like this in years. I LOVE this bike!!!

Actually their wasn't as much assembly, out of the box, as I thought there would be. Just attached the front wheel and air the tires and you're off.
I've had a electric bike in the past and wanted to make a couple of changes, to suit my needs, up here in the Yosemite area, lights, seat post, grips so on. nothing wrong with what came with the bike, just my preference to make me more comfortable.

After I red all the 5 star reviews I was a little shocked to see so many. Now I know why. So far my bike has lived up to the hype. Everything was great with the bike. Easy to put together and works like everyone said. It's like riding a mini motorcycle. This is a heavy bike but I kind of like it. It's totally different from all my other bikes.

I ordered two ripcurrent s bicycles. One large one medium. The packaging they arrived in seemed good enough. The medium bike had two problems. The fender on the rear tire had a crack in it and the LCD display had a broken bracket. Customer service was great, they sent the replacement parts within a couple of days. Took our first ride today, awesome!
