Service has been Excellent!

I like the bike. I ordered fenders for it. the package came without mounting screws. I call juices and told them what I needed and they promptly sent me another fender. I called again and they sent me a package of screws two short. I finally brock down and bought them at the hardware store. Some at juices has a screw loose and if you find it send it to me 2x m5.8x30mm.

Would have given 5 stars but they are still young and growing fast so I think their support infrastructure is struggling to keep up. But my inquiries have always been answered in a couple of days.

I am really happy with Juiced and think anyone that tries one of their products will love them.

The only issue I've had that I'm not totally thrilled about was the battery. Apparently, there are some issues with some of the old batteries. Juiced did a great job sending me a slip so I could return it, but I did find the process a little confusing at first as I didn't know what the expectations were for packing up the battery or anything else. They did a great job with the bike and I am very happy with all of my interactions with them. Great people

The bike is still a prototype in my eyes. The battery doesn’t nearly accomplish what the claims are. Lots of lag with the throttle aswell. The braking and shifting components are not of high quality. With 50miles on the bike, I’ve had to charge it to full 3 times and the hub has slipped and free spun about 2 dozen times. It’s still fun to ride but definitely does not accomplish what I thought it would at a stock setting.

So far so good.
I have 74 miles on my CrossCurrent X so far. I was surprised at how heavy it is and I have added a couple of things to push its weight >80 pounds. I weigh 180 lbs so I was pleased to ride 42 miles with about 40% battery still available. My terrain is quite flat with small hills but we do get wind here in Boise, ID. I had some weird noises that occurred when I pedaled but they are now gone. There seems to be some slight resistance from the motor slowing me down if I try to go less than 15mph by coasting or slow pedaling. On Ecco mode I pedal pretty much as hard as my non-E-bike I'm just going 5mph faster. The motor support is definitely noticed on hills and into the wind. I previously rode very little and I'm in my 70's but in sport mode I easily got to 28-29mph, sitting! So far, I am very happy I got my Juice Ebike.

Great bike..a little damage in shipping, but 1 phone call to juiced bikes problem solved...
Not my first e bike, but this bike is better then my other, oh yet cruise control !!!

The bike arrived in a timely manner. Had a random issue with a software bug on my controller and their support resolved the issue quick and efficiently. Love, love, love the bike!

My Crosscurrent X arrived in a timely manner, although missing the front fender stays. After sending a picture of the parts I had received, Juiced sent the missing parts right away. After riding about three miles the motor began to whine loudly, and make clashing noises which I was able to video and send to customer service. The Juiced representative asked me to check the fender alignment, which was not the issue since this was an intermittent noise, and the bike was very quiet most of the time. I saw posts at the Juiced site regarding motor noise, and a "fix" by loosening the rear axle nuts to allow the rear axle to settle into a non stressed position and re-torquing the nuts, which I tried. The noise has all but gone away, only heard once briefly, and not so loud, in the next sixty miles. I like the bike, but can't say I'm overly impressed with customer service, as it was difficult to video an intermittent issue while riding, and I had to research the "fix" on my own. I just hope this doesn't develop into a problem in the future which I will be expected to pay for.
One year update: Juiced bikes' customer service did contact me a second time, but I didn't respond. The bike now has over 1,000 miles on it and has been great! Tremendous range, and it really has met or surpassed all my expectations for an assisted bicycle. As a side note, you will want to clean the brake rotors with alcohol from time to time to prevent brake noise.

Quick delivery. . .The only problem was that I heard about the shipping from FedEx, not juiced. Since it requires a signature to receive, planning would be easier if I knew a little more in advance when it was arriving.

I love the bike and the quality is top notch. I would recommend one of these bikes to anybody . I bought the Camp scrambler i’ll be getting a lot of looks when I ride it around the Indianapolis 500 .

Work of art? No. For that you have to pay $5000 to $12000 USD. But, my CrossCurrent X bike is the best value.

CCX is my commuting vehicle and it is amazingly stable at high speeds, 25 mph to 30 mph. Good brakes, large battery, fast speed, great tires, good components all round.
