I had Laser Genesis treatment at Julia Hart Skin Clinic today and had a really positive experience. Everyone was really friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. The clinic is welcoming, visually stunning, and you can tell patient safety and care are a real priority.

I left feeling well looked after and confident I was in experienced hands. I'd highly recommend Julia Hart Skin Clinic to anyone considering Laser Genesis or other skin treatments, and I'll definitely be returning. Thank you again!

Amazing ambience. At Julia Hart every staff member you meet are so friendly. They are very knowledgeable and always happy to answer questions. Hazel knows Im always a bit nervous so she always talks to me during procedure explaining every step. They are 100% professional and if the dont think you need a treatment or think another treatment would be more beneficial then they tell you.

Such a lovely clinic!! Julia and the team are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to get to know u and what u need and are never just on a hard sell, they look for genuine treatments and products that will make a difference. Great after care and focus and safety

After losing weight I had noticed my face had a lot more wrinkles and was looking old and tired. Booked in for a consultation at Julia Hart Skin Clinic in Dunfermline …. What can I say from the start I was made to feel very welcome and put at ease. After my consultation I went ahead with Dermal Fillers,Botox and Threads ( not all at once ) To say I am more than happy with the results is an understatement….. I will definitely have these treatments again and it has given me back the confidence that I had been lacking. I cannot recommend here highly enough. More than 5 stars … they go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a happy and exciting one.

Sarah Jane is lovely, professional and very informative, a very caring nature also,

I had my first ever appointment with Sarah-Jane , for 5 areas of botox. Sarah advised me that I needed 4 areas to get the best results of what i was looking for. This shows that she cared for me as a patient more and didn't cared for extra money at all. On my consultation Sarah give me alot of details on all treated areas and what rough results they will give me which was very interesting and easy to understand. I never experienced this when I had botox in past usually is more of transaction today my entire appointment was unrushed and I was made feel very comfortable at all times. Im very nervous person suffer with bad anxiety . I need also to mention the lady on reception who was extremely lovely and funny. ( unfortunately i dont remember her name)Both ladies made me feel welcomed at all times. Ill most definitely recommend this lovely clinic to anyone especially anxious and akward folk like myself lol regards Natalia

Initial contact was made easy with a warm welcome and all my questions answered with empathy and understanding. This really helped my initial nervousness!
Carol, the nurse, was very professional and prepared me by explaining clearly as what to expect both before, during and after the procedure.
I felt listened to and was offered what was best to suit my requirements and I was pleased not to have been pressured into anything more than I wanted.
As my skin is very sensitive Carol gives me extra time for pre procedure preparation which really puts me at ease and helps make the session more comfortable.
I won't be looking anywhere else as I've found best practise at Julia Hart!

Such a lovely salon. Reception staff are so friendly, always super clean, lovely decorated and nice candles on. Sarah Jayne is brilliant. I feel really comfortable with her, she explains everything really well and helps calm any nerves. Any treatments have always been great. :)

Carol is great , and listens to your questions and queries and gives u her honest and professional opinion . Always in great hands when visiting this salon .

Perfect - Julia and her team offer the BEST service in all aspects . At my age I have tried many treatment and used different clinics but when I discovering Julia hart there was no going back ! My treatment are to my needs and concerns and I feel special every time I visit xxx
