I am wrapping up my time in the Awaken program through We Are The Women. I have been SO impressed by the quality of the program and the integrity of the entire team lead by Julie Santiago. Awaken has a satisfaction guarantee that is very clear and straightforward. If you fully participate in the program and are not satisfied you can get your money back.

Anytime something happens that might be even the smallest bit inconvenient they are quick to offer solutions and ensure you get the full value if not more than what you are expecting. For example, my coach needed to reschedule a 1:1 coaching call at the last minute. No big deal. Not only was I able to reschedule our time easily, but they also added another call to the end of by program. I didn't ask or expect this.

Also, the support team, a wonderfully kind and capable woman named Happy, is so responsive and goes out of her way to make sure any questions or issues you have are resolved quickly.

When I chose to join Awaken, I knew something was broken, but I didn't know what, I just knew I didn't feel right and desperately needed to do something. I was ready to give up my career but was paralyzed in decision at the same time. I was skeptical at first, questioning if joining was the right decision, but the experience truly shattered any expectations I may have had and really opened up so much opportunity for me, not just related to work but in life as a whole. The program was perfectly structured to help me melt away the skepticism and open myself to new better ways of thinking and learning. The coaches and the entire community are so knowledgeable and supportive, I truly felt welcomed, understood, accepted and fully supported.

Now 2+ years into the WATW journey, I have learned a host of new ways to re-center and calm my nervous system, I have re-discovered my heart, and reconnected with my soul. I am part of a sisterhood in which I feel seen, heard, and safe. I’ve moved from spinning, exhausted, and lost to inspired for each day and the future. I feel calmer and more connected to the wisdom that lives inside me, and more at peace knowing my people and the universe have my back.

I found We Are The Women when I googled “I hate my job”. I felt completely ridiculous putting that into a search engine. It was a desperate moment, but was not able to break out of a cycle of not putting myself, not only not first, but forgetting to consider myself at all. WATW came up, I rolled my eyes and then decided that the universe may actually be trying to talk to me and what I was doing wasn’t working. I had a discovery call and I felt weak saying I needed help. From the get go the team recognized my pattern and validated that I am not special, weird or alone. It has been some of the hardest work I have done in my life, but the rewards have been incredible. Getting to know myself is uncomfortable because being yourself is not a widely accepted way of being. I am finding that external validation is becoming less important. I have been able to use the techniques to center myself and there are times I can actually feel decades of emotional weight coming off me. For those of you out there who don’t need anyone and can do it all themselves… take a minute to listen to universe and then to Julie, it could actually change your life.

I discovered We are The Women at a time when I thought I was managing it all—working two executive level jobs, caring for aging parents and running our household. But my body was telling me a different story. I was exhausted and completely burned out.

Joining Awaken truly changed my life. Through the program, I began to understand how chronic stress and burnout had taken hold and learned practical tools to realign with my core values and find my way back to what truly matters. I am so deeply grateful to the WATW team for their incredible support throughout my awaken journey.

After a few years of going through major life changes (motherhood, new job, cross country move, home ownership) I felt my life start to unravel from the stress I was carrying. Therapy was not helping and I found Julie’s Awaken program and it saved me honestly. It has taught me sustainable tools and also helped me learn and accept a lot more about myself. I’m so grateful for Julie and her teams teachings and how they’ve put together this program that is accessible regardless of location. It’s an investment for sure but I took a chance to improve my daily well being and show up better for my family and work at the time. My employer noticed too and offered to pay for some of it too :)

I joined Awaken in 2022. At that time, I looked like I had it all. I had the money, the promotions, the titles, BUT I also had an empty soul. I thought there was something wrong with me. Why wasn't I happy? I was missing community, connection. What I had was a lot of anger and judgement rooted in the thought that I had to continually hustle for my worth or the world would pass me by. Through the program I learned how to regulate my nervous system. I learned how to give myself permission to take care of myself. I learned to set boundaries and the only thing I sacrificed was the anger and judgement. I show up, live, and lead differently. I show others what is possible. Most importantly I have the community and connection that was missing in my life.

When I joined WATW, I was burned out, ready to back away from my job. This program was nothing short of life changing. I learned ways to beat burn out, manage my stress, and get back to my true self. This program works - if you are experiencing burnout look no further for a source of tools, support and community. I was hesitant and waited two years before committing and wished I had started sooner.

I was in a really challenging time about a year ago and I just happened upon the program. I typically look at all the reviews and get pretty skeptical when everyone is raving about something. However, I decided to go for it. It has really changed my life for the better. I've been able to set boundaries and take back control over my schedule and life. If you're feeling like you've tried everything and that it's hopeless.... well, there's light for you in this program, you just have to trust yourself and go for it.

Where to start....I'll start by saying - prior to joining Awaken, I was as jaded as they come. Burnt out, angry at the world, lost, yet still thinking that I was on track for my '5 yr/ 10 yr' plan. I didnt realize how off-course I was and how the tools I had used in the past to survive and succeed were now, slowly killing the human inside me. I was not fully 'sold' on the program based on the Breakthrough call. As I look back now, there was an inner wiser self (sense of self preservation) that decided to sign up. I couldn't continue to bear the feeling as if I was caged. If you are looking for a commercial, quick fix - not sure you are ready for the work that's required as part of the program. If you are ready to step into your full power - don't miss out.

Awaken changed my life. If you are wondering if this is the real deal, it is…and more! If you are struggling, feeling drained, lost, disconnected, scrolling, etc. Awaken will help you solve the root problem so you feel better now AND it doesn’t come back. My life is completely different in the best possible ways. You found your way to this program for a reason, trust yourself and jump!

This review is for a 1 hour consult with 'We are the Women' coach Summer (rather than for the full program which I have not attended). Summer (its a fun coincidence that we have the same name lol) was thoughtful and sincere, balancing professionalism and warmth. She was able to help me come to a number of insights in the short time we spent together, which is no small feat. :) She also relatably explained WATW's holistic approach to helping women become their best at work and in life, which I think may be quite impactful for women facing burnout or high stress lives.

I was burned out and ready to walk away from it all. My husband found Julie and We Are The Women. It has been a life changing journey. I feel more empowered and engaged in all aspects of my life.
