Love the look of the trampoline and durability. It’s strong and you can see it’s made with quality products. Only down side is how the springs are accessible from the inside of the trampoline. With little kids (3-5) if they jump too close to the edge their little feet can go through the gap and touch the springs. Also, the zipper to enter and exit the trampoline is small so it’s really hard for adults to get in and out but a good size for littlies to reach.

Jumpflex are so easy to deal with and really do understand the value of good customer service. They are always prompt, helpful and exceed my expectations with each point of contact I have had.

I spent ages reading all the customer reviews online from various trampoline brands. In the end I decided to go with Jumpflex due to numerous reasons, which outweighed the other brands.
The trampoline took a little longer than expected to arrive, but saying that, we do live in a regional area.
It took approximately 3 hours to set up with two little ones running around helping us. Take your time setting it up, look carefully and closely at the instructions and pictures and you'll have no problems at all.
It honestly has been an awesome investment, kids love it, they have so much fun jumping on it everyday.
We purchased the 14ft, the quaility of frame, mat, safety net and padding is fantastic!

Our netting ripped at the top,it was obviously not something we did. We received a whole netting in the mail within a week of sending pics. Amazing service and product

Shipping was quick and they had great customer service. Had a issue with one of the sleeves that broke as we were putting it together, Contacted them about it and they immediately sent a replacement.

Bought a 10ft trampoline. Had a few issues getting discount code to work but Jumpflex were quick to reply to emails and assisted in generating the order and sending an invoice.

Delivery was quick, well within the estimated time slot. Quality seems good and much better than other trampolines. Good instructions and easy to put together.

Had an issue with the plastic breaking one one of the velcro straps at the top of the safety net. Again, one email and spares were sent and received the next day.

Very very good customer service and from early impressions, a product to match.

Rang and requested a replacement enclosure net for my trampoline and I received it the next day. Unbelievably good service!
