Well, I am very, very upset with this company. I have emailed multiple times regarding my order. Order # jbd20260723-166111 they told me that they would cancel my order that they were putting it on hold until they could confirm that I actually want to cancel. I’ve confirmed three times since then and have heard nothing. It has gone radio silent. My dress was $197 and I have not received my refund. I am very dissatisfied. I will never ever ever tell anyone about this company. The agent that was working on my case her name is Alice and still has yet to respond to me. All I want is my money back. I have not received the address. I just canceled because I found a new dress. This is taken advantage of people doing customer service this way I’ve worked in customer service all of my life and I have never ever treated someone the way that they are treating me where it takes 1 million years about to get a return I always did return returns promptly as soon as they came in the store or over the phone.

The dress i ordered, per my measurements and the suggested size, was probly 2 sizes too big and way too long in the front to be able to walk. The photo on their site of the color I selected was misleading, and looks nothing like what I actually received. There were only 2 photos on their site. Their site is shady. When I requested to return the dress (the same day it delivered), their customer service just told me I should have alterations done to make it fit. My wedding was 2 weeks away, no time for that, I just wanted to return the dress that I was unhappy with. They ignored me for a week. No phone number to call them, their online chat bot is a JOKE. I had to fight with them via email to FINALLY give me a return address, and to rub salt in the wound, they tell me they're keeping $100 and not giving me a full refund and that I am responsible to pay the expensive international shipping fees to send it back to China. I'm disgusted and deeply regret buying from this company. I highly advise anyone considering to buy a dress from this company, NOT TO, order from another company that has good ratings. JUNE BRIDALS IS A SCAM.

Dress arrived more than a week early! Customer service was able to answer my questions and give advice in a very timely manner. The dress is BEAUTIFUL, looks exactly like the photo with high quality construction. I am very pleased with it. It’s a really close dupe of the original 5K “Remy” dress for literally 1/25th of the price! I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I am thinking about getting another one in black.

I found the perfect dress …
I found the perfect dress ordered it and then realized I might need measurement adjustments my wedding was coming up shortly. I emailed customer service they responded very quickly adjustments to my dress would be made without extending the process time. They went above and beyond to assure my dress would get here in time and to my surprise I received it sooner. They turn the dress inside out to protect the material which is an added security it would be delivered in pristine condition

Absolutely terrible experience. DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Very poorly made, cheap material and a non responsive customer service. It’s is impossible to reach anyone at this company and you only get automated or bot email responses. If your dress arrives and it does not fit or it is not made properly or does not match the photo online, good luck trying to return it. They even charge the customer such high return fees and make it so difficult, you will just give up. Just another predatorial wedding business.

Returns are impossible
Do not buy from this company unless you are 100% certain that you intend to keep the dress. Returns are impossible despite what the website says. The dress was received in a timely fashion and was beautiful but did not fit. We followed the directions of return which instructed us to contact the company directly for an item return code. They tried to talk us into keeping the dress but when we insisted on a return, they ghosted us and never provided a code. The window of return is two weeks so I'm assuming they are just trying to let that time expire. Very disappointed with this company.
Update: AFTER I posted my review they reached out via email AND posted a reply to my review indicating that they corresponded. BUYER BEWARE!! You will not be able to return your dress or reach anyone for assistance.

This company is a complete fraud. There refund policy is a complete scam. They are in China and not a US Company. You will not be able to return your purchase and get a full refund no matter what. They will give you a partial refund if you keep emailing them . You cannot call them on the phone. Please do not make the same mistake I DID. Yes they will offer you a return option with a refund, however; you will have to pay a large amount for the postage to China.. This postage return fee is not disclosed on their website. Again I would not suggest buying from this company.
