pee-dle and junk car medics, in my opinion, are the worst buyers of salvage cars. THEY WILL MAKE AN OFFER. WHEN YOU ACCEPT THERE OFFER, THEY WILL CANCEL WITH NO EXPLANATION! NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE!

It was easy to set up online and I got the cash it quoted my car for!

Pick -up never showed up in the contracted time-frame
Need to schedule a pickup asap.

It was fast easy and simple they gave the highest quote and it was easy to get it set up and picked up for free

These guys are the best! They will for sure give you the best price and they respond almost immediately either in text or email. Everything is super easy to go through and complete there’s nothing hidden or confusing it’s all straight forward and easy to understand. For sure junk your next car with these guys. Using Junk Car Medics was simple and easy to do. They asked very clear, relevant questions about the condition of my car during the assessment. Todd did an excellent job of finding the very reputable, reliable, and respectful auto salvage company that paid us immediately with a combination of cash and check. Also, Rep. Todd efficiently followed up with an email to me within 24 hours to be sure that all had gone smoothly, and he was very attentive, friendly, personable. I am very happy to have had such fine service provided by Junk Car Medics, and Todd in particular!

This place is a SCAM!!!! They have workers who don’t speak English rushing you to sign paperwork, while they put your car on the town truck. Then they tell you, that your catalytic converter is after market so that they don’t have to pay the price the quoted you. Then to make matters WORST they say you have to pay $125 to get your car off the tow truck. SCAMMERS!!!!!

Don't get me wrong, no one's going broke over $50, but it's the principle. JCM gave me a quote, but when I went through the process of accepting it, I was routed to Peddle - who couldn't access the quote and offered me less. Received emails from JCM acknowledging a system issue and asking me to retry the "accept offer" link, only to be stonewalled before completion and directed to call ... Peddle.

My interaction with Peddle was seamless and my car was picked up and I was paid without incident, but I found JCM to be questionable at best.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there were 3 hand-offs from Junk Car Medics to Nationwide, Peddle and the Towing Company. Many hours wasted.

I wasted a few days texting, emailing and calling back and forth just to get the buyer information so I could fill out the title and get it notarized in order to be able to hand the vehicle off in time for the scheduled picked. This all caused me 2 trips to the notary in the same day because the promised information wasn’t sent in an email of Instructions on how to fill the title out.

The most frustrating part was that no one at the buyer would pick up the phone so I had keep speak with Peddle to finally get the information I needed,

I initially called Peddle, but they wouldn’t buy the car and THEN, Peddle was involved all way to the end anyway!!!

When the towing service got here and saw the condition of the vehicle they were surprise and said we could have gotten about $800 at a parts junkyard dues it’s great condition.

I tried to sell my car to Junk Car Medics online. Once it provided an online offer of $815 for my 2012 Dodge Rogue the button to click to accept the offer would not work. I was instructed to call their 800 number which I did. I spoke with a woman with such a foreign accent that I could barely understand one word she said. She repeated all the same questions I had answered online and then gave me a totally different offer nearly $200 lower than the online offer. I explained to her that the car had been sitting and could not be driven so the battery might need jumping off. At that point she lowered the price over another $100 at which time I told her I would not be selling the car to them but would instead be selling it locally. I then receive an email from Peddle wanting me to set up a time gor Peddle to pick up a car I never offered her o sell them. I went onto Peddle's site and via chat told them I was not selling to them today or any other day. What a joke!!

Fast quick and the high payment will recommend

Junk Car Medics had the best quote for my junk car, I called on Friday they came the Monday after the weekend morning time shift, super quick, paid on the spot, filled the Transfer of Liability form on the Title to mail to the DMV, extremely smooth, prompt, courteous, efficient. Thank you JMC!
