This is commercial grade products but still having a pretty decent price considering the quality is amazing. It arrived to me faster than I thought it would and packaged them where everything was safely wrapped.

Very happy with the purchase; but the procesEs was frustrating and broken. I ordered and expensive fauct set (sprout and two controls). The set arrived: 1)including the wrong set of hoses; 2)they substituted different knobs than I ordered and 3) I ordered the version WiTHOUT LED lighting (to show water temperature) but they sent the version WITH the LED light. Customer Service was accomodating and responsive over the six weeks it took to resolve my issues. They sent the correct hoses, sent the correct knobs (which apparently were out of stock when the filled my order originally) and I will live with the LED light since they told me I could disconnect it but did not send instructions as to 'how' (and the faucet was already installed). The Company is legitimate and the quality of the product I bought is high. Their customer service was professional and responsive. I suspect their fulfillment division could use some quality controls. I would use them again but would be cautious.
