Just received it about four hours ago
Just received it about four hours ago. Plugged it up and brought it out to play with. I was not gift with a large tool, that being said, even lubed up well the motor would stop.While it does rotate and pulse there is no vibration and it is real loud. My car is quiter than it, I will fully charge it tonight and see if it works better tomorrow.

No problem with the company. The device is very small and there is nothing to stop the juice from getting into the gears and shorting out the electronics. You can't clean the device without water getting into the unit and causing damage. Poorly designed.

Couldn't wait to receive it. When I opened my box. I was a little disappointed in how small it was. However. It is very intense. And gives an amazing O. I think you guys should make one with a little more girth. I'd buy that one too. Absolutely love this.

5 stars for customer service, 3 stars for the toy.
I’m giving 3 stars because they don’t offer a 3 tier rating system. I have rated everything in my review from the toy, to customer service I experienced. I hope it helps.
First off, I absolutely love the site. It’s easy to navigate and the products are so fascinating.
However, (In regards to ordering the product, 3 stars):
I intended on purchasing the Skyler with suction. When I clicked on the product to purchase, the one that arrived was totally different than the one I ordered. They have 2 very similar items listed on the same link, so when I thought I purchased the Skyler suction, I ended up getting the one with the vibration. So I was disappointed when it arrived.
(In regards to customer service), 5 stars hands down!!!! :
I contacted customer service right away when I realized I got the wrong product, and the rep I had was very kind, and sent me a the correct item within 3 days. So customer service gets 5 stars for sure!
Product usage: At first glance, I was intrigued. I couldn’t wait to try it. Yes, I tried them both. The 1st product, very interesting. I turned it on, gauged the vibration of the entire device, clit vibrator and all. I got wide eyed when I seen the g-spot flap go. But when I inserted it, it was not what I expected. It was actually a bit mentally confusing. The flapping mechanism was pretty interesting out of the body. It gave the impression that it would flap firmly inserted. But because of the material, it’s a subtle sensations. It’s not like having something firm inside you. If you’re “meaty” on the inside, it won’t do any justice. More like a tease. The tip of the vibrator doesn’t move. So don’t expect it to go up and down during play time. The clit vibrator, all though flexible, is too far away from the device for you to even feel it. U have to hold it down. I think if it was a little longer and a little closure, it would have worked wonders, or if the shaft was shorter. But it’s not.
For replacement product (Skyler with suction), again, I was super excited to use it. But I was disappointed yet again, when I used it. I expected magic to happen, and it didn’t. I expected the suction to be powerful. Similar to the rose. It wasn’t. Again, it was too far from the device for it to do or feel anything. I thought it would have made a difference in the way the device felt, but I didn’t feel it at all.
For both products. The shaft is about 1/2 and inch to an inch too long. That’s why I couldn’t feel the clit stimulators. Even though they say there is pleasure in pain…… not in that way.
Needless to say, they didn’t work the way I expected. There was no messy finish (which I was really really looking forward to). If you have a deep vagina, then this is a good toy for you. If your vaginal cavity is 5-7” deep, don’t expect too much. Don’t get me wrong , the toy does have plenty potential. It just wasn’t the right toy for me.
