Too bad there isn't a NO STAR rating option. A complete joke and waste of time. Cash Giraffe does not pay earned rewards and Just Dice doesn't bother to respond to even one of many requests for assistance.

They do not payout..their customer service is non existent, they do not respond...do not waste your time on any of their apps...they simply draw you in & then do not pay out.

I try cashing out on July 3rd to my PayPal and I haven't received my money at all I've emailed these people and they won't respond to me you know I spent my time to earn the money the proper way and they're robbing it for me

Using an app called Test’em all on requesting payout not given. Sent multiple messages no response. Will keep on trying if I can.

I initially loved playing games on Test’em All owned by Just Dice. They paid quickly with no problems. Then the page with My Games List showed nothing on it. I was playing at least 25 games but they all disappeared. Then the servers went down according to the app message. Finally the servers come back. I had accumulated some rewards and cashed out to Pay Pal as usual. Payment never showed up. I bypassed the auto response customer service option and sent an email directly to them. Got a request #, probably also auto generated. No response. They are based in Germany so a phone call is out of the question. I even went to their website and sent a message using their form for interested persons to be hired. Total silence. Wish I knew the laws regarding online reward apps generated out of the country. U.S. citizen here

They haven't paid me my money on the games I paid with cash giraffe it's been months and they never replied to my Gmail constant messages iv sent and they ignore m e and never paid this is bogus I played for a long time and nothing I would like to report them my PayPal payment is pending and they never payed me smh are yall going to look into this or ignore me yall bogus for this one hello are yall gunna respond

I thought this was going to be a great place but sadly I was wrong!!! They have not paid me for four different times that I tried to cash in on my points. They now owe me $60 from November to date and I have not received a dime.
I have written them about 5 times and received a generic response that's computer generated. It's a scam and a waste of time. Go use rewarded play I've made over $200 from them.

Since November 30th, 2023 I have not received my rewards payout to my PayPal app. For two months I have emailed and tried to link with customer service with no success. All I want is the reward your app states I earned for playing the suggested games and at this moment I am feeling scammed by JustDiceGmbH!

My review of this app is based on not only the issues I've had with the payment process but also because I've read other peoples reviews and I was able to reach out to just dice by requesting the money they failed to deposit to my paypal account .I simply requested the money from them and wrote a brief message along with it. There was a ridiculous fee deducted for doing so but the money was sent within a timely fashion. I hope this helps those who continue to use just dice for games.

I've been waiting 11 days for my reward. A simple 5 dollar walmart card. No one answers the e-mails I've sent so I'm done... Uninstalling!!! Fun games but yes, I play for rewards.

I have their game called cash Empire, I have made the 100 dollar coins but when I press the cash out button it says I don't have enough coins and I've tried contacting them over a week ago and today but I get a robot answer me that doesn't help at all and no team member has got hold of me like they said. Paypal said issue is on their end

By following their own protocol to their privacy policy their data collection what the requirements are to register and utilize their apps. When I downloaded the app it did not asking for a selfie it did not ask you my gender.
Their app does not allow you to modify so it is temporary when you sign up with your email so do they give everybody 5,000 points hell I could keep creating different emails so it almost is not legit that they're stealing our information or I don't trust them I can't get my $5 I was able to get my money easier when I had them on a different piece of equipment three or four times I converted my Euros never once it didn't ask me for facial verification

I have not received one token for the last 4 days tho iv played 4 different games I loaded them off there sight they was giving tokens just stoped iv played every day for last 4 but not a single token this sucks
