Very very bad . All services are in pending. It not even working and the support is not even replying my tickets

they was good at first, but now they have started scamming. They have not delivered some of the service and they marked them as delivered and then they wanna tell you OK we deliver it, but they did not have no proof to show that they have delivered the service. Which in my eyes that’s like a scam because why are you marking things as delivered instead of refunding then they don’t honor a refund and they wanna send you generic messages. i’m calling it a scam because if they never delivered the service where they never added anything to the accounts, they just say oh it was a drop. It could’ve been a heavy drop. And this is happened on more than one occasion about five or six different occasions back to bed, which is more like shows was really going on.

I had an extremely negative experience with Just Another Panel, and I feel obligated to share it so others don’t make the same mistake.

We’re talking about one of the largest SMM panels in the world, with massive volume and revenue. That’s exactly why their behavior is even more unacceptable: they systematically refuse to refund orders that clearly did not work, even when it’s obvious the service was not delivered properly.

In my case, the order stayed stuck with no real results, yet their support kept giving vague, evasive replies and avoided taking any responsibility. No real solution, no refund, just wasted time.

What’s worse is the principle behind it. These amounts might seem small to a company of that size, but they are not small for everyone. Keeping even $20 for a service that didn’t work shows a complete lack of respect for customers. Many people rely on these services to run their business, and losing money like this matters.

A company this big should set the standard for reliability and fairness. Instead, it feels like they take advantage of their position to ignore clear issues and keep money they didn’t earn.

In conclusion: very poor experience. Unreliable services, useless support, and zero customer protection. I strongly do not recommend using this panel if you care about your time and money.

They are complete scammers. They claim to have delivered the orders but never do. You order refills, and they intentionally reduce your follower count by one to prevent you from using your refill. Never trust them. It's a disgrace.

Justanotherpanel are scammers they will receive your money and order but will never complete it , run away from them, they scammed me 8.75$ for tiktok 10k followers , I got nothing and they didn't refund me too , I kept opening tickets for weeks and they kept telling me it will be processed asap and nothing was done, please don't do business with them they're scammers.

Horrible service. Did not receive my followers and support didn't help me at all, just said "It's been completed". I ordered 1000 followers and only got 350 on 5 instagram accounts. Cost me $30USD
