Still chasing refund on returned item
Ordered a bath panel. Unfortunately it was the wrong size, my fault. Arranged to send back, had to pay for their courier to collect. I’m still chasing a refund 3 weeks later. Emails are replied to, saying they need to check with manufacturer that it has been received. The order was sent back with their own courier and tracked, so delays not acceptable.

The grab rails look very good quality
The grab rails look very good quality, and we're well packaged. Given four stars, as the review email came before the product, but when I emailed the company about this, they came back to me very quickly to say that the delivery would be tomorrow (or today, the 6th January).

Excellent Customer services, despite item arriving damaged!
I ordered a bath panel. We needed the item quickly and I contacted customer services and Stacey informed me promptly of the delivery date.
Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged! Apparently customers need to check contents ideally straight away and notify :Just Baths' within 2 days of any damage on the item.
As soon as it was delivered my husband unpacked it and found unrepairable damage on the bath panel in 2 area's.
I took 2 photos and sent it to 'Just Baths'. Stacey quickly got back to me and explained she would let the supplier know and organise a refund that I requested because I needed it urgently and also I felt I wouldn't trust another one being delivered damaged again by the courier and so we opted to buy one in a store.
Stacey kept me informed all the way and my refund was quickly provided.
I'm very impressed by Stacey's professionalism and excellent customer services. On that basis I highly recommend this company!
