Generator bundle . 3stars
Purchase a generator bundle but not everything of the bundle was in stock . I was notified and given a few options about the item but I decided to wait for the item come back into stock . Staff most helpful
When the remaining bundle arrived one of the bundle items was wrong which delayed my electrician from coming . The after sales department was more than happy to help once I’d sent a photo of the item to prove they sent the wrong item .
Overall disappointed about out of stock and wrongly shipped item.
If it wasn’t for the minor shipping incident and out of stock Just generators would have got 5stars

Quick delivery and driver very helpful, not too happy with after sales I sent a e mail to company replied with e mail saying somebody will contact soon , all I wanted to know is generator ready to go or do I have to put engine oil in. I realise I had to put petrol in it . Still no response from there customer services .

Good service but I had a few problems.
Very helpful on the phone when I was choosing my generator and the service was quick and efficient. The courier sent a 32 ton truck to deliver the generator even though it couldn’t get down our drive. Their after service was reasonable although I couldn’t work out how best to earth the generator despite several e mails and in the end had to get advice from an electrician.

Ordered a Peamac 3000i
Ordered a Peamac 3000i, after the last storm and no electric for 2 days which turned into 5 days although it didn’t because the gen turned up as promised next day, easy to set up and use,quite and had plenty of power. Very happy
