I placed an order on the 25th of March. Today is the 11th of April. There is no sign or my order. When I call on the number on the company website it says the phone is switched off. When I contact on the WhatsApp- I keep getting the message we will get back to you. This has been going on for over 10 days now. Finally I got a reply saying they are working on my order and there are delivery partner issues for my location. Really?!?. I live in South Delhi. Every other order has arrived.
It seems to be fraud. Keep away

Absolutely worst, it's actually pathetic to see this company website, bruh it doesn't even have a cancel order button, that is itself very understandable, they just prompt you over to pay and when you pay you get the orderid and then nothing happens, I don't even know how disgusting a web page can be, and cheaters are everywhere, damn it, Now I don't even know if this stupid product comes and I say return will they take it? I don't know, should I pay completely? there's no workaround, I called them multiple times no answer, what the hell, scam company.

I ordered 3 different shampoos

1x Coconut Hibiscus Castor
1x Lemon & Bhringaraj
1x Hibiscus & Vetiver

But instead they sent me 2x Lemon bhringraj shampoo and 1x Castor Black Onion seed shampoo. And when I talked on chat this is their response -

"We completely understand your concern. However, the product you are referring to is part of our newly launched listings, and as clearly mentioned on our website, orders placed under this category may result in you receiving either of the listed variants. Rest assured, whichever variant you receive is genuine, fresh, and directly shipped from our warehouse."

Is this acceptable?? You order an X variant to deal with some problem and they send Y variant and totally justify it..pathetic!

Just Herbs is just cheating by giving scratch card offers on Google pay.
I paid amount for it...& I'm waiting for my parcel since 1 week...everyday they update me that your parcel will arrive today....but at the end of the day,it's nothing.

Fake company you will not get any revert or any product from there end

I guess its clear from all the other reviews here that Justherbs is infact a scam and a fake company. None of their calling numbers work (one is switched off forever and the other is always busy). Even on their whatsapp number there is no response and often they send an automated message that all their agents are currently busy and we have to wait for our turn. I waited for around 4-5 working days and sent them messages frequently almost everyday.

Most of the comments here also mention how they got tricked into buying from them through Google Pay. The same thing happened with me, I got a scratch card offer on Gpay through which I bought from them a set of 6 mini perfumes at 299. My order got shipped through Amazon but never got delivered. On the tracking website of Amazon the status was updated as shipment returned due to damaged piece received but interestingly on the Justherbs website the shipment tracking was showing that shipment is in out for delivery. Even after a few days it wasnt updated on their website and no revert was made by their team on mail,whatsapp or call. Completely Fake and Scamster company.

I ordered few products from the site, on Aug/2023 & it been more than months still it's not delivered & there has been no resolution from team.

It's advised not to buy any products from this site.

I think this is a fruad company, they are giving discounts on products in G-Pay and Paytm. I have ordered a product using the Paytm coupan and paid some more amount in November 2023 and till now there is no product shipped to me.When i send e-mail they say contact on Whatsapp number and when I contact on whatsapp they ask to contact on email but there is no resolution. This company should be banned by all the UPI payment companies.

I have ordered some perfume few weeks ago The offer was redeemed from google pay .after placing the order they said this order could take few days and they just gave a order i.d.and nothing else.
I tried contacting customer care -no answer, watsapp website -no reply ,mail -links to some unauthorised website ,still all are dead ends.clearly all website says it is verified ,but i dont think it is..when i took the complain to google pay since they suggested the reward they said it is not their mistake or problem.so all be careful..no one ll say they are responsible for the money we lose.kindly when making order do as COD...so if it does not come to ur doorstep there is no lose .

Non-Trustable Site / No response on the order for two weeks

The website has a tracking system and the order number shows as invalid, though the order is showing as Fulfilled. This is utterly nonsense and people who are involved in this should be answerable.
The customer care number given in the website it +91 8437048180. This number says it's busy always whenever I call for an update, there is no IVR system as well. This is just a phone number who uses it everyday for personal use.
Sad thing is this website was provided in "Google Pay" with a coupon to purchase the cosmetic items. Google should have more strict policy in promoting these kind of swindling websites to its users.

Money waste, my money gone, they didnot srnd me my order.....

Farud company, took my money but yet there is no parcel delivered, when connected on Instagram aren't responding

There has been no update on my order(#1226932) after making the payment which is more than 15 days now.They donot have any customer care number where we can reach to. Whatsapp messages goes unanswered.

FRAUD!! Let me explain
I ordered a pack of lipsticks for my wife on may 10th. I paid online . Payment was failed. Then Just Herbs customer care called. On call they asked to retry payment. I tried and payment was successful. Now it showed delivery within 5 days.
On 20th May delivery boy came to my house and asked for money . He said this is a COD order. I show him the payment proof. He show me JustHerbs Bill . It was written COD. I canceled the order and called JustHerbs to clarify the issue.
Guess what - they will never pick up your call. Actually the customer care number is always busy. They will never reply your emails.
My money is gone. I got no products.
So be safe and never order from these FRAUD companies.
