Easy interface, some great connectors. Would be lovely to have more integrations for tour operators (e.g. Get Your Guide etc.). Overall really gooD

I have been using Justreviews for a few years and couldnt be happier. Works very well. I recommend it.

Longstanding user of the justreview service with my shopify store. It provides a clear and transparent way to collate and display reviews on my store in a number of different formats. When I have had issues, the service level has been exceptional, I cannot recommend it enough!

We have been a user of the JustReview.co aggregation and display tool since March of 2022. Our experience has been very positive. There has been an occasional issue here or there with sporadic connector issues or limited support but nothing we wouldn’t have likely experienced with other companies or tools. Their tool is user friendly, feature rich, and pocket book friendly. It not only offers a badge with counters and stars but also a full dedicated reviews page. We also like the fact that we can customize colors for the badge and the reviews page to match the color scheme and the branding of our website. They also have a new CSV import/ export feature that has allowed us to import some Amazon product reviews that their tool and other tools available can no longer collect because of changes at Amazon that preclude collection of newer product reviews. We have found that JustReview.co is open and receptive to constructive feedback and that they have taken steps to make improvements to their tool based on specific feedback we have provided. We have also found their customer service to be friendly, prompt, detailed, thorough, and complete!

I began using it a few years ago. We still do as it is doing exactly what promises to do.

I have been using JustReviews for years on 2 websites, it is really solid. It has a good look, easy to embed the various display options on the site and I've never had an issue with it which is why I continue to use it.

I had a great experience with Justreview. The process was simple, fast, and easy to follow. Everything worked as expected, and the support was professional and responsive whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy review platform.

After trying for a few years to get support and ask questions and re-connect my Etsy reviews, I've had to just accept that they've abandoned trying. Poor customer service. Broken product. Broken promises.

We've used this service for over a year. In June of 2025, reviews stopped updating for our eBay store. We pay for the top tier subscription as Etsy is gatekept behind this level. Our Etsy reviews have never, ever worked on this widget. We have sent multiple help requests by email without response. Live chats without response. This evening we have left one last live chat in hopes of a reply, but ultimately we have been charged over £400 per year for a service that is not working as advertised and stopped working entirely two months ago, with no responses or support.

This was such a great idea and brought all our reviews together, but the fact it has never actually worked with all our marketplace stores means the idea has fallen flat. I write this review in the hope that someone will actually come back to us and assist with compensating all the months this hasn't worked, but also to warn others that this company may have possibly ceased operating, whilst still collecting subscription fees.

Tool does not collect reviews correctly. Widgets do not show correctly. Zero customer support. Rip off.

The google reviews worked well but I cant get facebook reviews to work. I sent an email a week ago and had no response.

Just like the other review. The idea and the widget appears great, but the customer service is almost non-existent. Web chat is always unattended, messages do not get a reply, and when you do finally get a response there is no solution and then the whole cycle of waiting weeks for a further response starts again.

I really don't understand how a company can offer a monthly subscription service but offer no real customer service.

It's a real shame as like I say, the idea and the widgets look great, they're just unusable if you have any problems as there is no support to resolve them.

The idea is great, but their customer service is poor. The chat system is regularly unattended and messages to them do not get replies, never mind solutions. I guess they're too busy pleasing their investors rather than their customers.
