Just Tyres - Potters Bar Bewertungen 

After making a 2pm appointment on-line (several days ahead), I had to wait almost an hour before my car was even started on. The fitting of two tyres was not completed until at least 3.30pm. On the way home (only a mile), my TPMS detected poor pressure on one of the new tyres and when I checked the pressures, one was over 10psi more than the other - both were too high. I will try to find an alternative supplier next time.

I visited Just Tyres on Friday for a pair of new tyres. The young man who was running the show was a touch stressed trying to run things on his own - definitely needed more help. Despite this, he was courteous and helpful. I have to say, the conditions that the men work in at the Potters Bar branch could really do with a clean up. If I go to Kwik Fit the work area is clean and spacious, not so there. It is dirty and cramped and the toilet facilities are poor. I wonder if they offer the opportunity to wash up properly before toileting as there is a link to genital cancers from poor hand hygiene. This needs sorting out!

Needs a new tyre to fit my budget and Just Tyres came up on Google. Never used them before so thought I would give them a go. They fitted my new tyre very quickly. They were very professional and friendly. I would definitely return again in the future.

I have booked 9.30am but when I arrived there they told me I need to leave the car because they got double booking, that's how it started!!!

They can't even remove the tyre properly, they warned the master key and those 2 young amateurs there creating ridiculous stories what happened to your car. Hope they investigate CCTV recording inside the garage and pay back my loss and refund my money back.

Work carried out as expected, price was competitive. Four new tyres fitted, balanced and tracking adjusted

Would definitely use again! I booked my car in and paid on line in advance. The service from the people at Just Tyres Potters Bar has always been good. They got the tyres fitted and tracking done within the time allocated. added to that the price was competitive

I ordered a specific pair of tires, but upon delivery, I discovered that a different set had been fitted to my car. Now, I find myself with two different types of tires due to what I can only describe as unprofessional service.

To add to my frustration, my email complaint has gone unanswered, leaving me feeling disregarded and dissatisfied with the customer service experience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I have decided not to use your services again. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in your processes and communication.

Friendly and easy

This was the first time I used Just Tyres in Potters Bar and I will definitely return. The price for replacement tyres x 2 and tracking was competitive. However of much more importance to me was when I arrived for my appointment, they were ready and the car was on the ramp within minutes. (Formula 1 in Hertford could learn a thing or two). The work was carried out efficiently and I was driving out within the hour. Staff were friendly and polite. If I had one minor gripe it would be that I had to ring up to confirm the tyres had arrived at the store; it would be great if they were more pro-active and rang me to confirm arrival. But a minor gripe and will happily recommend and return.

This company truly deserve 5 star, my experience has been great from booking /purchasing tyres to actual fitting in Potters bar branch , honestly the guys in Potters Bar branch did excellent job for wheel alignment , had problem tyres being chewed from the sides consistently , went to big names several times including halfords and kwikfit but invain but these guys did wheel alignment perfectly, never had problem since then, really appreciate your effort guys!! And i strongly recommend anyone having wheel alignment issue go to just tyres Potters bar branch!!!

I bought two new tyres online to be fitted at Potters Bar. Very competitive price but they had to delay the fitting due to tyre supply issues. It was really busy when I arrived but they did a professional job. I would use them again.
