South African Safari
Fantastic resort although the cancelled riverside accommodation was the reason I booked the holiday , disappointed at change of location therefore 4 stars

A lovely venue
A lovely venue. Great sea view from my room. Very professional representative who had just the right balance of professionalism and care. Good trips and coach travel. The trip to the winery provided a very nice lunch and the venue was picturesque, however, the production facility was very basic and fellow travellers who drink reported that the wine wasn't great. The trip to the chocolatier was very informative and the quality excellent. It was good to visit Opatija, Pula and Rovinj. The evening meals were poor on 3 occasions unfortunately.

Amazing!
From the moment I booked my holiday, Just You were amazing! Communication was good, it's easy to make payments over time and when I had an issue downloading some documents and had to call, staff were extremely helpful. When I arrived at my destination airport, there was a member of staff there to meet us and take us to our hotel. The holidays director was fantastic! So knowledgeable and helpful. The excursions were great, lovely hotel and a fantastic location. I will definitely be booking with them again.

This holiday was well organized. Good accommodation, great local guides. Add on of Kuala Lumpur was also good, though the small bus was a tight squeeze, the only disappointment. Overall, quite enjoyable experience.

Absolutely amazing trip to Borneo with…
Absolutely amazing trip to Borneo with KL add on. First time doing this type of thing and was nervous beforehand however was blown away by the care taken by the tour manager who met everyone at the airport and the organisation by him, the guides/drives for the entire 14 days moving between accommodations and getting to all the various trips. The head office organisation was exactly what the trip club had said and the on trip staff carried it out with perfection. Accommodations were lovely, trips enlightening, and fun. Definitely will be booking something else with these guys again soon.

I visited the Arctic on the GAdventure cruise. The scientists were amazing , the daily excursions were fabulous. It was so well organised it allowed our Tour Director to enjoy her holiday too. Just wonderful

Terrific holiday!
The lodge was wonderful, with really comfy and well appointed 'tents' and very helpful and friendly staff who couldn't do enough to ensure everyone was properly catered for. The guides were informative and did their best to get us round to see all the animals and give us a holiday to remember forever. Beautiful weather was the added bonus - cold cozy nights, and lovely warm sun and cool air during the day, with low humidity. Terrific!

I have been on several holidays. they are very good and the tour managers amazing.
It would have been 5 stars if it was not for this awful App Kindred they have introduced. It is slow (I sent an urgent message to my tour manager and she did not receive it for several hours) it is not user friendly, I received 2 messages which appear to be a scam. Please bring back WhatsApp for your groups

Well organised. Excellent guide. Group too large (39 people). Needed two guides. Too large a group to get to know everyone. Optional trips were good as fewer people on these resulting in a better experience. Hotel in Mijas was in an excellent location but in dire need of refurbishment.

It was a fabulous experience
It was a fabulous experience, life on board a small ship was amazing; sailing to and mooring up in the beautiful marinas in all the different pretty towns with all the other boats, ships and yachts was such a different way to holiday and quite a unique experience. The boat was beautiful, food was fabulous and the crew were amazing and very knowledgable and friendly. I absolutely fell in love with Croatia and its islands, it’s a beautiful country.
