Loved the service by JuujBox, they fast, value for money. Their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly organized throughout the entire process. The delivery were right on time. I also appreciated how responsive and communicative they were whenever I had questions. If you’re looking for a convenient, reliable, and stress-free storage or moving service in San Diego, I would definitely recommend Juujbox!

These are a massive improvement over traditional boxes. The customer service was excellent with allowing me to extending our time because it took us longer to pack and unpack. A side benefit is that it kinda forces you to unpack sooner rather then later unless you want to keep paying for the bins every week. With old boxes, it would take months to completely unpack.

I had the absolute best experience with this moving company. The reusable box system made my move so much more organized and less stressful. They dropped everything off right on time, the boxes were sturdy and clean, and pickup was seamless.

What really stood out was their customer service team- so kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Moving is usually chaotic, but this made it feel calm and manageable.

Having juujbox help in my recent move was GAME CHANGER. The boxes are sturdy and eliminate the labor and effort in building up and breaking down different sized cardboard boxes. The people were super friendly when dropping off the boxes at my old address and when picking up at my new address. The fact that the boxes also come with a dolly was incredible!

The only feedback I'd have is for Juujbox to provide some type of order confirmation or provide additional email messaging to confirm appointment dates and what to expect. Other than that, I would 100% come back. I've already told all my friends and colleagues to use this service if possible.

Juujbox is such a great help when moving! I called them the night before I needed boxes and they were able to get me boxes the next day during a time that works for me. Everyone is so helpful and so timely. I recommend them to all my friends who are moving overall great experience.

Boxes were delivered and picked up on time. They were clean and a great size. I reached out with questions a couple of times and the responses were quick. We’re really glad we didn’t have to recycle a ton of cardboard boxes after our move. It was a great sustainable option with excellent customer service!

Second time using juujbox for my move in San Diego, CA.
I ran into a couple issues but they were very helpful and compensated me for those small issues (box lid was broken and one box wasn’t clean) which weren’t too big of a deal since I got 80 boxes

I’ve already recommended Juujbox to everyone who will listen! Customer service was great, delivery and pickup were prompt, and the date was flexible and easy to extend when I wasn’t quite unpacked like I’d hoped.
I had 40 boxes to go from a small 3 bedroom to another small 3 bedroom and it was perfect.
The boxes were clean, stackable, and sturdy with handles- so much better than dealing with cardboard boxes.

I’ve used Juujbox twice in the last year and cannot say enough amazing things about it. Everyone I’ve encountered is respectful and kind, the quality of the bins is great, and the movers much prefer the bins over boxes. They even came to pick up my bins early when I’d unpacked faster than I thought and hated having the stacks of bins waiting for pick up! Incredible customer service. Will definitely use them again!

Wonderful experience with Juujbox - made my move a breeze!! I ordered 20 boxes to move between one-bedroom apartments. The boxes were delivered and picked up on time, plus they provided a helpful tracking link to estimate when the driver would arrive. The boxes themselves were very spacious and extremely hardy - I easily packed up all of my possessions (besides furniture) in the boxes provided. Would highly recommend!

JuujBox made decluttering and moving so much easier. The bins were clean, sturdy, and dropped off and picked up right on schedule. No cardboard, no tape, no hassle. They even provided labels and a marking pen to use on the bins! Great customer service and super convenient. I’d definitely use them again!

I was so grateful I found Juujbox before my move! I booked with only a few days notice, and it was no problem. Pick up and drop-off were a breeze. I also appreciated that they provided labels. JuujBox was amazing! I hadn’t packed and I was moving in three days- and packing was starting in two. I asked if I could get my boxes sooner than the website stated I could- and they made it happen! I got the boxes the next day. You can track when the delivery driver will arrive, and they drop them off. They also came with cute sassy/clever labels, zip ties (for donation/storage), and a sharpie! They were communicative the whole time, and the boxes were huge. I hope I don’t have to move again anytime soon, but if I do I’m definitely using JuujBox again!

This is a family run, local business that I have appreciated working with. They have been a pleasure to deal with and have shown flexibility with arrangements for our son’s storage and delivery of items stored for college. I don’t hesitate to recommend them for an innovative and hassle free storage experience.

I cannot stop say how amazing Juujbox is! Highly recommend! They took alot stress out of our very complicated move. We had to pack up not one but two condos! The first condo had to be packed up and stored in storage for a month before the big move day. Which they took care off everything from boxes, to the logistics of move and the storage. Then on big move day they moved everything from two storage unit( one being the first condo) and the second condo. When they came to pick up boxes at the end of the move they were so easy. Not have to store boxes or throw cardboard away made the unpacking less stressful.

Juujbox is amazing!

The concept of being able to rent boxes is genius. I saved so much money on purchasing boxes, making & taping boxes. Not to mention the hassle of figuring out how to dispose of all of them. I also saved money with the movers because of the ease of being able to carry and load the boxes into the truck.

The boxes are strong and sturdy. We didn't need to use as much paper to wrap everything. And not once did I worry that my stuff was going to get crushed, like I would have with cardboard boxes.

Juujbox customer service has been extremely easy to communicate with. I never wondered what was going on. Delivery was super easy!

Moving sucks. But, I can't say enough positive things about using Juujbox.

Win for the wallet. Win for the environment. Win for my peace of mind.
