New boiler looks great. Installed efficiently and with care by a first class team. Well done all, would recommend.

Had a quick response from John Wilkinson, he gave me a quote for a new boiler, which was the lowest I found. The boiler was installed by Mike, he was on time very tidy. Done a great job and I would have no hesitation in recommending J.WILKINSON heating.

We had a new boiler fitted by Mike and his team on Tuesday 25th February. What a fantastic bunch of men who were like a well oiled machine. They cleaned up after themselves and were so friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Booked to help with an oil boiler that was overheating - So no hot water, no heating. They were due to attend on a Friday afternoon but didn't show and didn't contact me. I called them to chase at 3.30pm and was promised a call back. I chased 30 mins later to be told that the Engineer was stuck on a job and now couldn't attend as he was going on holiday! So not only did they not attend, they didn't bother to inform me until I chased them twice. Left me needing to pay emergency callout over the weekend and with no heating and hot water until resolved.

It was a very efficient removal of the old and installation of the new Worcester boiler .But it was obviously hard work and complicated too .Indeed I wondered whether it might be on a par with rocket science ! So, thanks very much again lads !

I've been looking to replace my very old combi boiler for some time but wasn't sure which company to use to carry out the work. I came across J W Heating services through a Google search for local boiler installers. After giving them a call for a quote I was told the owner John would give me a call back at a time that suited myself, which he did. After speaking with John, I told him I would have a think and call back the following day. He said that was fine but that he was flying out on holiday that day and I might not be able to get hold of him. After discussing the quote with my partner that evening, we decided to go ahead with the work. After ringing the office the following day I was told John would contact myself again to arrange things over the phone. 10 minutes later John rings myself back from his Holiday sun lounger in Lanzarote to finalise the details of the job. You cant ask for better service than that. The lads turned up on the date chosen, exactly on time and carried out the work efficiently. I'm a happy customer with a warm home who would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new boiler.

Our boiler packed up without any warning signs and we were without heating or hot water. Thankfully John organised a replacement for us at very short notice (and cheaper than other companies) and the workman was quick, tidy and very helpful. We would certainly recommend JW HEATING to anyone that needs work doing.

Fantastic service and couldn’t ask for nicer people. John phoned me from his holiday to help sort out getting a new boiler and it was installed the next morning. Everything was explained to me and the gents tidied up afterwards too. If you need a new boiler then I would 100% recommend this company.

After being let down by British Gas, they gave us a very high price for new boiler and told us could not fit us in for 6 weeks, we had no heating or hot water. We didn’t want to wait that long, so rang round a few local places, then came across John Wilkinson heating. We spoke to Kerry in the morning and received a call back from John within 10 minutes, he then came to the house within 2 hours. He gave us a very competitive quote, a lot less than British Gas and also said he would fit the following day at 8.30am. The lads turned up on the dot and completed the job within a few hours, nothing was a problem. Left the house tidy and warm, can’t thank them enough, amazing company. would highly recommend!

From when Phil came to service our 19 year old boiler there was an issue with the readings and thought this could be the valve and rang Worcester and after a few tests they also agreed it could be the valve
We decided after discussing with Phil it would be best to purchase a more efficient boiler and he arranged with John Wilkinson for this to be fitted the next day,what great customer service
Michael came the next early in the morning and completed the job very professionally indeed and had total respect for our house putting plastic protection from the stairs to the landing and bedroom

We had an ageing boiler replaced. It was done in just a few hours and is working exceptionally well thanks to hard work and professionalism. All pipe work is done to a high standard and they did a good job of hiding it. We are so confident in this company that JW will continue to service the boiler for years to come. Dealing with them was very easy, polite and understanding, and I didn't feel pressured. Brilliant!

Fantastic Company with brilliant service from the initial call through to completion of the job. A complete boiler upgrade, relocated outside, and downstairs radiators all replaced. Literally now using half the oil, for twice the heat. The lads doing the install were prompt, tidy and explained everything. Can’t recommend JWH enough.

Amazing service and great experience!

I moved into a new place and had some issues with my boiler. Within 1/2 a day John had come out to take a look and within 2 days the boiler had been replaced and the old system removed.

Had a follow up issue (turned out to be unrelated) and the team were very quick to come out and get everything sorted :)
