Paid for two lucky dip bags because the advert by showed some real good bags but unfortunately I received 1 pair of cheap quality trousers only, in one package and a pair of track bottoms in the other very disappointed I wouldn't have paid £1 for either items.

I got 2 mystery bundles only recived 1 item for each order so not a bundlre. 1 item was a woollen hat not worth £10 . What a waste of money. The other was leggings they asked for my size and i gave my correct size. when i open the bag the leggings they wouldnt even go half way up my leg. And now been told i cant get a refund . Please dont waste your money.

I placed an order on 28th November and still haven't received it. I have been given a tracking number with Yodel that doesn't exist. I must have sent 10 emails and not had one single reply! Absolutely shocking customer service!

Item has turned up all stitching undone and it’s non refundable , first and last time shopping here

I've just received my order, I ordered a mystery bag worth £15. There is one pair of cheaply made material trousers hardly a mystery bundle such a disappointment.

No updates on my order or delivery at all. Placed order on the 16th Dec, delivery said 3-5 days. Its now 4th Jan and still no updates or delivery. Contacted JYY, with no reply. No idea if this parcel will ever arrive, but I won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered some leggings on 12th December. They haven't arrived. I've emailed twice and no response. Horrendously bad customer service. I just want my money back at this point.

Ordered lucky dip bags on 25/12/25 and still not arrived it's now 1/1/26 messaged customer service 9 times just to get automated response this company is a joke I understand it was Christmas but they should have arrived by now it says dispatch 3 to 5 working days think they must be iliterate or just plane ignorant please don't purchase from them

I would give zero if I could. I placed an order in November and still nothing. I’ve emailed them 6 times and all you get is an automated response that they’ll get back to you, I’m still waiting!!!!!! Why celebrities promote this company is beyond me. I can’t even see how to get a refund. Disgusting 😡 update. They were quick to respond to this review but not to my many emails. Funny that! Still not received anything.

No stars if I could:
-Misleading advertisement
-No contact from the seller whatsoever...
- No tracking information
- No order received

Ordered in February 2025. No order no update no refund !

Ordered my items on the 1st November and still waiting for delivery almost 2 months later, no responses from customer support emails despite attempted contact. Should have read the reviews before placing an order. Smh

Advertised as 3 items in lucky dip bag only 1 item in bag of poor quality. Absolute rip off. Do not waste your money

I Placed an order on the 5th of December for 3 items and paid £15 for delivery and I havnt recived anything yet not even a email. I have emailed them 2 times and no response.
Absolute joke!

I had to contact my bank and ask visa to open a dispute... It'll take 30 days but I should get my money back 🤞.

DO NOT BUY A LUCKY DIP BAG. IT IS A SCAM. My wife bought two bags expecting them to come in separate bags. At a cost of £25 in total, including postage, she received one bag with a hat worth £2 at best, and a pair of joggers that you can buy at Primark cheaper. Absolute poor quality and do not get sucked in just because Katie Price happens to be holding up a spotted bag, which was not spotted on arrival. This is a complete con. Yes, it is a lucky dip, but the company is the part getting lucky!

You should stop rip off people! I wish i would read reviews! For £20 i got ugly bright burgundy hat which did not fit and blue leggings . Most disgusting items from your shop probably. DONT BUY Lucky dip its RIP OFF DIP ! You should close down

Worst thing I have bought online. Decided to get a lucky dip bag as advertised by Katie price. I bought 3 for my daughter as the things Katie showed looked quite nice and it appeared to be 3 items for £10. However, when mine arrived it turned out to be 1 item per lucky dip bag all of which were horrible cheap trousers. I would not even have spent £1 on them they are hideous, short and very poor quality. I would recommend not buying from this company and I would not trust anything Katie Price promotes again. This site is a scam don’t fall for it save your money or give it to charity.

Not as advertised in the video, looks like you receive 3 items but I received one item.
Also the leggings were not as advertised as they were 2 sizes too small, this should not have happened as they asked my size when ordering and it is clear I ticked the right box as it’s on the invoice.
I sent a message to customer services and received an email saying no refunds.
Steer clear of this scammer who uses celebs to Misinform the customer.
