Kayvan was professional , knowledgable and does what he says he’ll do efficiently and quickly with no mess . Our previous plumber did not do the best job so Kayvan and his team had to sort out pressure issues with our boiler installing an expansion vessel and a pump to get consistent hot water and pressure in our home . Bolier was serviced too ! Will use again 100% !! Finding an experienced and professional plumber is hard to find ! Thanks Kayvan

K1 fitted a new Vaillant boiler 12 months ago at one of our rental properties and recently came back to upgrade the thermostat to a wireless Honeywell and complete the annual gas safe certificate. Kayvan is knowledgeable and accommodating.

K1 Plumbing were excellent.
We had a leaking main water valve and they responded the same day, fixed it within 15 minutes (despite it being in a hard to get to location) and were courteous throughout.
There were no sharp in takes of breath and the charge was reasonable for an emergency call out.
Will definitely be using them again.

Great out of hours response from K1 Plumbing! Arrived quickly for a water pipe leaking even though it was past 9pm, and fixed the issue quickly. Even went above and beyond to show us the stopcock location in the building. Highly recommend them.

I booked an appointment for a service and they never showed up. Before that, a previous appointment was cancelled at the last minute. After I rescheduled, still didn’t turn up.

This level of unreliability is unacceptable. Waste of time and trust. Wouldn’t recommend.

Kayvan removed and replaced a toilet for us that had been incorrectly fitted by the bathroom fitting company we used 6 months ago, after the toilet came off the wall! Kayvan was on time, professional but also friendly. He explained everything that he was doing as he went along. After completing he left the area clean and tidy. Kayvan quickly arranged to come round to connect our gas hob, kitchen sink and add an external garden tap. He is extremely experienced, very well mannered, respectful, tidy and takes care with his work. 100% recommended.

When my boiler broke down I was left without hot water in my property. Having a family of 5, including a new born this was an absolute nightmare. K1 Plumbing & Heating Solutions was referred to me by a family member who owns a number of properties all looked after K1 Plumbing. I called the number and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional tone that answered the phone. I tried to explain the issue best I could over the phone with my very limited knowledge of plumbing and Kayvan, the engineer reassured me that he would be able to rectify the issue. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and had all the parts needed to get the hot water back on in the house.

Please do not use this company, K1 Heating came out to me after calling Emergency Hero. The man resealed my badly sealed bath. He sealed it again very badly and it is now leaking again. He also didn't remove the bath cover which also had a leak underneath coming from the u bend, resulting in damp floorboards and damp kitchen ceiling.

I have now paid another plumber to come and seal it properly. Do not use is my advice!

He was very efficient, came after a last-minute call, and explained what the problem was with my boiler. He gave me options on how to fix it now and suggestions for potential long-term solutions. I highly recommend him.
