I ordered a keyring in December 2022 and still waiting for the product to be shipped 3 months later!!
When I contact them they barely reply and if they do they tell me it will be with me soon - no clear responses at all. I’ve asked for tracking number or a full refund and I’m just being ignored.
TERRIBLE experience.

Never received my product that I order 3-2022. They answer my emails in French but still dont give me an answer on where my door mat is or when it will be delivered. I am going to say a big scam.

I am waiting 7 weeks for two games. I have gotten text messages from “Canschedule” saying I have to pay 2dollars with Visa to have it shipped AND I have to send my date of birth along with my credit card number. Hahaha. Not worth the 85$ I am losing. Company ‘says’ they are working on it. We will see.

I wouldn't even give 1 star. I've been trying to contact this company for a month now, I ordered 2 boards on Nov 29 and they haven't even shipped them yet. I've asked for an ETA... no reply. I've asked for my money back... no reply. Go onto Amazon and buy a board off a different company cause these guys aren't reliable.

I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec 2 and still I haven’t received it and it’s January1. What is wrong with this company? I will never order from them again!! Horrible!!

Ordered March 4. Nothing ever delivered. No updates. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!

Ok,. I made my order on March 8th, by the 18th March it was in packing...(great)... and there it sits for ever more. I get the normal

"Although we would like to cancel the order for you, I have to inform you that the order is already

Just a note to let everyone know me and a few others are starting a class action lawsuits against kadonimo.

I not saying they are in financial troubles, but we are getting our product or our money back before it runs out.

My order took months longer to deliver. However, my wife absolutely loved the product.

My order took a long time in arriving, but the mat is well worth the wait. The design and colors are great. I ove it and think the person for whom it is being given will love it also.It probably cannot be use as a door mat. I think it isn't sturdy enough.

scam. Never received the item

ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I placed my order March 5 received an email March 7 speaking of delays due to "current situation". On March 26 I received an email saying item had shipped, however their site says something totally different (not shipped/processing) I am BEYOND irritated. On two separate occasions (April 9 & 16) they had the audacity to email requesting I give a review for my order that I STILL DONT HAVE!!!!! Sad to say every email attempt has gone unanswered & unresolved. I was being patient & giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe like other shipping issues it's sitting on a boat. However, order status still shows processing and not shipped. I dont even think they have Customer service because I have sent several unanswered emails. Save yourself the time and hassle, do your research. PayPal does pretty good with investigating & refunding, so if you're a gambler I'd use that payment method. Hope you have better luck than me.

This site is a SCAM. I cancelled my order twice--the first email sent LESS THAN 24 HOURS after placing it, the second email less than 48 hours later---but they still charged my credit card and refused to do a refund. (They said my second email was sent "outside of business hours" but that didn't stop them from accepting and charging my card at 10:30pm on a Friday night?? smh) They said that my item would be shipped in 15-25 days but I'm disputing the charge with my bank. We'll find out if that goes anywhere.

Take a look at the other Trustpilot reviews (not just for kadanimo.us, but also kadonimo.uk, kadonimo.fr, kadonimo.com...) All of them indicate this is a spam company. Even the 5-star reviews on this particular .us account are *sus* looking

A few days ago, I posted a very negative review because, like others, the doormat I ordered had not arrived in 60 days. I just discovered that the fault was not the vendor, but the shipper, who delivered it to a deceased neighbor, where it sat until her daughter found it. I have it now, and think it's great, although not totally functional.

When I received the rug it was exactly as they illustrated it. The quality is good the colors are vivid and I am very satisfied with the product.

Shipping time a little long, but not bad. Not to be used as a normal door mat, but person who received it was pleased.

I would give this company a negative rating if I could. I ordered November 2021 and still received nothing but excuses. Whenever I have had a reply, they just keeping asking me to be patient SERIOUSLY after this length of time???? Please do not waste your hard earned money on this excuse for a business.

I have had a reply from Kadonimo on Trustpilot and what have they done? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

JUST REFUND MY MONEY AND I WILL GO AWAY. UNTIL THEN YOU ARE FAIR GAME!!!!!

Great product, a great company to deal with. Very good communication. I would certainly buy from them again.

Extremely long shipping .. order paid on 11th December 2021 and package arrived 24th January 2022 (44 days).
Furthermore, it is not a real doormat where you can clean your shoes, but a printed polyester rectangle.
Paid $ 34.95, I see that it is now at $ 49.95, definitely not worth it.

I made an order 3 weeks ago and have written several emails now requesting an update on when I will expect to receive my order. No reply at all to my emails. I am extremely disappointed in this company. If I do not at least get an update or response I will proceed to small claims court. This is ridiculous that they will not even answer me or give me an update.

I recently received a door mat with my 3 pets on it and I couldn't be more happy with how it turned out!
Have gotten so many compliments and people asking where we got it from!
Great product!
Took a little long to ship to us but overall worth the wait!
