Because of my neuropathy, I used to stumble a lot since I couldn’t feel my feet. Wearing Kaegreel makes me feel like I’m walking barefoot again, just like when I was a kid. I feel so much more connected to the ground and hardly stumble now. A fantastic purchase!

I suffer from neuropathy due to diabetes, and these Kaegreel shoes have been a godsend. No more cramping, burning, or pain while walking. Honestly, these are the best shoes I’ve ever purchased for my condition.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Shoes are average quality, do not fit standard sizing and returning the product is more expensive than the shoes original cost and extremely complicated. Although their policies give a US address, they tell you when you contact them they will not accept deliveries. Nice

I disputed through Discover card and won. Refer to the shoes as junk plastic like material and that they are using "Deceptive Practices". There is no way to know that the junk shoes need to be returned to China until you request to return them. Deceptively illegal in the USA. Good luck!

I eventually fell for their persistent convincing ads offering substantial discounts. I bought 3 pairs. The quality and comfort of all the shoes were questionable and disappointing. They masterly concelead that they are merely a online platform selling cheap "made in China" shoes. Shipping was like pulling teeth, painfull and slow, it took more than six weeks, by an unknown operation from Guangdong, China. I did at last receive my shoes. I was also preturbed to be lured into an import & export duty avoidance scheme. They listed the selling price on the shipping documents at an average of 1$(USD) per pair of shoes while in real terms Kaegreel charged me as their customer a whopping 50$(USD) on average! Just do not buy from Kaegreel.

Do not purchase these shoes. They're so tight you can't hardly get them on, then really hard to get off. There sizes are so far off, it's not worth the hassle. They make you pay for returning the shoes if you have an issue, no matter if it's their problem. I've never experienced a shoe so damn tight, and scary to get off. This company needs to be shut down for selling Chinese sizes to American people. Disgusting. So, now it's going to cost me to return them. Bullshit. CROOKED KAEGREEL SHOES.
I'm going to report this matter to the Attorney Generals office to make sure it is dealt with at a larger scale. Either replace my boots at no charge, or pay the consequences. I'm not going away due to spending a lot of money here.

They didn't ship when promised, sent package conveniently the day after I canceled the order and had reported a charge dispute to my bank. My request for a return shipping label was initially ignored, then in violation of consumer laws company responded that I would be reported for fraud if I didn't return unwanted items to China at my own expense.
(Items sent were poorly and cheaply made, very small, and ended up thrown out.)

I’m currently waiting on my shipment, but the communication has been great. Amy and the team have kept me apprised of the timing and even gave me a discount coupon for the wait. I highly recommend purchasing from Kaegreel.

Ordered two pair of shoes and neither one fit. I also ordered a cell phone purse and ironically it was to small for my phone. The real issue is the do not offer a way to return the products, and offer a $7.00 offer to keep the shoes. Ridiculous! Do not do business with this company!!

I would give a minus score if possible. They sent me a defective pair of shoes. When I contacted them & sent pictures of the defect, they sent back a canned response. I sent at least 10 emails requesting a REAL person contact me. So far no one has responded. This is the WORST company. Do not buy from them.

after waiting for almost a month Ireceived a pair of shoes that I could barely get my foot in because their size 43 is more like a 42 an it hurt my feet. they expct you to pay for return shipping and custom after you already paid $19.99 in shipping to get a $42. pair of shoes. I'll never order stuff from China directly.

I ordered the wrong size and tried to return them for the right size. But typical of Chinese companies they tried to keep me from returning them and offered me a $7 refund on $42 shoes and a 30% discount on a new pair. That doesn't help me. The return address is in China. The shoes were shipped from Rancho Cucamonga, Ca.
Nice, courteous, but get out of honoring their own policies.

Purchased shoes listed at $145, discounted to $50. Described as Handmade Velcro Suede, there is no Velcro. The upper feels like thin suede. Description has the line, 🇺🇸 - verified company, but product was shipped from China. Shoes feel like they should cost $20 to $30.

There is nothing constructive I can write about Kaegreel. I purchased a pair of shoes that were supposed to be size 11. When they arrived weeks later, they were several sizes too small. When I wrote the company inquiring about how to return them for a refund, the company sent back two options: 1) Return them for a refund, but the price of returning them was my responsibility and the cost of shipping them internationally was perhaps higher than what I paid for them; and 2) They would give me $4.00 and take 20% off my next order. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I wrote back that I choose option 3: throw the shoes in the trash and write what happened on any outlet I can identify. Do not buy anything from this company!

I requested a refund for product that didn't work for me. Customer Service emailed that refund can be expensive since I pay return postage and that might be international. Nothing upon ordering gave any indication this was from overseas. Still wanted refund after they emailed other options. Been quite a few days since request with no reply and a product I can't use.

I can not even get my foot in the opening of the shoe! The size is correct. I finally got some one to help pull up the shoe so I could get my foot into the small opening. I had to contort my foot at an awkward angle to force it on. There is no way I can wear them with any type of socks, as too snug... it is a shame, I can't wear them, as I like the look.I guess I should not waste my time trying to return them for either my money back or a size larger to accommodate socks. I shoukd have googled them and seen the negative reviews.

Shoes were not as described. Sizes were not US. Return policy is nonexistent in reality. Must return to China at significant expense. I have to agree with most respondents that Kaegreel is a scam. Buyer Beware

Not only did they send wrong size and color . Kaegreel is a scam as told by better business bureau. They want me to pay international shipping fees to return item. This will be disputed . Company is terrible. Don't buy shoes boots ir anything from them

We ordered some boots and slippers the first week in February. The company charged the credit card immediately. There has been no word about the delivery of the items and it is now 2/23. I would be wary.

We never received our order. Tracking shows out for delivery since December 7th. It is now February! We have requested a full refund multiple times and are giving the run around . Do not buy from this company
