We’re sorry to hear that the solution we proposed did not meet your expectations, and we understand your frustration with the situation. Please rest assured that we take every customer’s feedback and experience very seriously.

As previously mentioned, we carefully reviewed the photos you provided and consulted both our technical team and the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the initial images received were not very clear, which made it difficult for us to fully assess the issue at the time. Nevertheless, we responded promptly and communicated consistently to try and resolve your concerns.

Based on the available information, we did not find any visible structural damage that would render the item unusable. In accordance with our return policy, we offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.

Had we been informed about the cam lock screw issue before the product was assembled, we would have arranged replacement parts immediately and guided you through the resolution process. However, the product was disposed of before the issue could be fully addressed, which significantly limited our ability to proceed with a return or inspection.

While we strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, we understand expectations may vary, and slight differences in appearance can occur due to lighting or screen displays. All key product details, including the use of engineered MDF and flat-pack design, are clearly stated on our website.

We truly value every customer's experience, and we're sorry this one didn’t go as smoothly as expected. If you would like to continue the discussion directly, our team is happy to assist further.
