Very disappointed
Very disappointed. UPS should’ve left box with neighbors if we are not at home during day. I’m not sitting at my house and waiting for deliveries. I’ve paid to Kaisertech for package to be delivered not that I have to go to collection point to get it. Last time I’ve ordered from Kaisertech.

The price was good andprocess as…
The price was good and process as expected, but the product stated it was in stock and delivery with in 10 to 14 days. Then when I get my email confirmation it says 3 to 4weeks ????
So I'm hoping that's just bad generic reply email, but I am worried as I might not be around for a delivery in that time. I probably would have waited a few weeks to place my order, knowing I'd be around then.
Just unclear. Which also makes me wish I payed a little more money but know I would get my boots in 3-4 days.

10 to 14 Working days, didn't realise.
I am really looking forward to my boots because the free ones im given at work are killing me.

Company's website nicely laid out, clear and easy to use. They stock the huge variety of soldering tools required.

Excellent equipment and support, and fast delivery!
I've ordered several times from here, and I've always had a positive experience. This time around I was purchasing a JBC CDS 'Compact' Soldering Station, and I got advice from Jon at Kaisertech beforehand, and got a personal e-mail letting me know when it was dispatched, and a follow-up, which was great, since it can be a big investment, and I was glad of the support and reassurance. The product arrived on-time next day! and it's perfect. Thanks for an excellent experience, and great equipment.

Despite the website stating delivery within 2 to 4 working days, delivery is in fact 4 to 6 weeks, due to a supply issue.
Sadly there was no communication from Kaisertech informing us of this. I found out when I received the OA.

Terrible customer service and post-purchase support
Prices are not bad, but customer service and post-purchase support are terrible. They won't answer e-mails, and if they are finally forced to - they will still do their best not to actually help. They don't want to update my company information in their own system, and because of that I can't process the import customs control of their package. They won't provide documents required by our customs authorities. I only order here if I really, really have to, because the stress is not worth the price difference.
