Love this mascara. I’ve been using for 4 weeks, initial use I loved the tube effect. I still manage to get on my upper lids but hats user error it isn’t smudging. It goes no where once on. It comes off like a dream not sure how others are trying to remove, I use a hot cloth cleanser.
And now 4 weeks in I can definitely see growth in my lashes. They’ve honestly never been longer/healther. I have bought lash serums but stop using after a few days as I’m too low maintenance- my eyelashes now say different!
Really want to try the curlers next. And I will on my next purchase.

UPDATE – Fair’s fair!

I gave a 1-star review after receiving a faulty wand and feeling fobbed off. BUT—I’ve got to hold my hands up. The team followed up, sent a replacement, and the mascara is actually brilliant.

Customer service hiccup? Yes. But they owned it, fixed it, and turned things around.

Credit where it’s due—great product, good people. Good luck for the future. Review updated accordingly!

EDIT POST RESPONSE - Wand was snapped and when I asked for a replacement wand I was offered a discount code. Unacceptable. Don’t waste your money

EDIT - I have 2 replies from your COO so to say you do not have an email is a lie. Also, it wasn’t prolonged use…..I HAVE NOT USED THE PRODUCT. I opened it and the wand had no brush, yes I twisted the top which I believe snapped it, there was no warning not to do this. All I asked for was a replacement wand.

I am a big supporter of small businesses hence the reason I was so disappointed with the (eventual) response to the email

Fast delivery, unreal product design (boxing is gorgeous too) which is ideal for pressies - I know what I’m getting all of my friends for their future birthdays! The mascara is lovely, I have very sensitive skin and eyes but it doesn’t irritate them whatsoever. It washes off easily with hot water. I am just looking forward to even more products! Obsessed ❤️

It doesn’t come off. Service, delivery etc all fine but the mascara itself is almost impossible to get off. I’ve used once but will not use again.

I really struggle finding a mascara that doesnt clump or transfer, and after seeing some social media posts I thought I'd give Kake a try. Not only is the branding really on point, the product itself is wonderful in so many ways. Firstly the fact the product has a lash serum built in, allows your lashes to flourish while wearing the mascara, which applied so easily. Secondly the wand, which you can adjust, helps to apply into the corners of top and bottom lashes. Its also also good to use on brows. The mascara removed really easily with a cotton pad and warm water, and my lashes felt soft afterwards. I ordered The Effortless Set and the scrunchie is a great extra, classy and chic. As a women of a certain age, who struggles with transfer/ panda eyes, I really love this product and cant rate highly enough.

My new go to mascara!! Absolutely love the mascara and the idea behind it, it also looks cute with the packaging! Looking forward to seeing what else comes from kake cosmetics

Amazing product!! Fantastic mascara but with added serum. Love that you can curl the wand. Easy to remove and doesn’t smudge and give panda eyes. Highly recommend and that’s from a very fussy mascara wearer

Ordered this as I’m just starting my natural lash journey after years of extensions.
My lashes are short and straight at the moment and over the last week used a few different mascaras which did nothing for my lashes and rubbed of with my watering eyes.
I used Kake yesterday for the first time and it was absolutely amazing my lashes looked thicker and longer and not even the hayfever was shifting it!! I can’t report on lash growth yet but I reached for it again today and I’m happy that it just at least makes my lashes look better than any others!
