Avoid them
I sent 20£ item back for a refund, and they didn't send you a free label, and when they refunded you, they deducted the first postage too! So you lose 10£ or it depends on how much the delivery is!
Please take into consideration that, and that's terrible customer service; they don't want to lose a penny!
For a big company, they're looking to rip you off 4£

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the return process. As explained in our correspondence, the item was ordered incorrectly and there was no fault with the product supplied. Had you contacted us before ordering, we would have been happy to help confirm the correct part for your Kamado.
For non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs. The original delivery charge covers only part of the courier cost in many cases — we often absorb the remaining delivery cost ourselves so we can keep shipping prices as competitive and affordable as possible.
We completely understand that on a lower-value item, postage can feel like a significant proportion of the overall cost. However, these are genuine delivery costs rather than an additional fee or profit retained by us.
We’re pleased that the second item you purchased was correct, and we appreciate your feedback. We will also take your comments on board to make our returns information as clear as possible for future customers.

Top Quality Product
Have owned a Kamado Bono Grande since July and it’s just been great. I’ve ordered various accessories, rubs and charcoal over the last few months and it’s always been top quality and fast delivery. I’ve had more bbqs than I ever have and they have all been excellent. The products and the service is perfect and is now my go to. I also really like how pretty much everything important is replaceable too - it feels like if anything does go wrong I’ll be able to get another part to fix it.
The only product I didn’t feel was as great quality was the grate expander - unlike the actual grill racks this doesn’t have cross support and so is a bit flimsy particularly when picking up with the grate gripper.
Other than that so far it’s been a great investment and feels like I’m going to get great quality and service for a long time to come.

It's maybe not your fault
It's maybe not your fault, but i ordered 2 bags of TEXAS BBQ charcoal for kamado and both bags was with small fracture elements, like up to 4-5 cm, before bag was excellent.

My Kamado 21" came thoroughly packaged…
My Kamado 21" came thoroughly packaged and everything correct. I found relatively easy to assemble and was warming it through in no time at all. I love it and use most days. The kamado grill rotisserie is the best, the chicken is so juicy!

Delivery to Northern Ireland
My Kamado Bono media arrived safely in Northern Ireland within a few days of ordering. There was a delivery charge because of the extra costs shipping across the Irish Sea, but even with that it was excellent value.
The shipping company emailed and texted to let me select a delivery date to suit me.
