Extremely disappointing experience – Be careful when dealing with this seller!

I absolutely cannot recommend this seller. Before I paid the deposit of €1,400, he called me every single day, even on Sundays. But as soon as he received my money, everything changed. Since then, I have been given excuses and false promises almost every day.

I have now been waiting for one month for my goods to be delivered. I keep being promised that the order will be shipped, but nothing arrives. Now the seller does not even answer my phone calls anymore.

On top of that, the product was not made according to what I originally wanted. So not only was my order not handled as agreed, but I am now also left waiting for the delivery.

Taking a €1,400 deposit, making promises, and then becoming unreachable is not how a trustworthy business should operate.

I am extremely disappointed and feel completely disrespected as a customer. Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise others to be very careful before placing an order or transferring any money to this seller.

I hope this review helps other customers avoid going through the same frustrating experience.

Please don’t use this company. I ordered barber shop equipment from KamfurShop in July, and was promised delivery within2-3 weeks. Instead, I waited around 6 weeks. When it finally arrived, several items were missing and the quality of some products was far below what I’d expected. Before ordering, we agreed a total price of €4,500, and I was told that included delivery, customs and all costs. Despite that, I was later charged about €300 in customs fees plus around €1,100 VAT when the shipment reached the border. The delivery itself was also a mess. I was called on the day and told the lorry was too big to enter my street, even though trucks pass there regularly. Instead of delivering, as agreed, they left the shipment elsewhere and expected me to sort it out. I had to hire a third-party logistics company to collect the goods and bring them to my shop, which cost me even more unexpected fees. When I asked to be reimbursed for the €300 customs charge, I was promised a replacement sofa instead, but nothing ever arrived. Since then, my messages have been ignored for days and sometimes weeks. My calls were declined, and 8 weeks later, the issues are still unresolved. I have screenshots of our WhatsApp and Instagram conversations showing the agreed price, the promises made, and the lack of communication afterwards. My experience included far longer than promised delivery, additional customs costs despite an all-inclusive agreement, poor-quality products, missing items, a delivery that was not completed as agreed, extra costs to arrange my own transport, broken promises and no reimbursement. Messages ignored, calls declined, and after more than 8 weeks, the matter remains unresolved. I’m sharing this so other barbers and business owners can make an informed decision before spending their money. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

I paid a deposit for barber equipment and was expecting my order to be delivered. It has now been almost two months, and I am still waiting for my order.

What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. They have stopped responding to my messages and are not answering my calls. Despite repeatedly trying to contact them, I have received no proper explanation or clear update about when I will receive my order.

The matter is still completely unresolved. I have paid my money, I still do not have my equipment, and I am being left without answers.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think very carefully and do your research first.

I have purchased barber equipments from mr kamran. Very helpful person and barber chairs are amazing unis are high quality thank you for everything. Highly recommended
