total scam... There are no templates. I contacted support 5x, no replies. Their merchant company is located in Lithuania, which is another red flag.

Bought a creative package and never got it

Their links dont work, sent multiple emails last week, still nothing.

Either 1. they have extremely terrible customer support or 2. they just dont actually have the product and bank on people not charging it back on their card.

I used a credit card so will easily get my money back, extremely disappointing to say the least.

I placed an order never received the product. I contacted their email no reply. Unfortunately after payment you receive a link to a quiz instead of getting the digital assets.

I will despute it through bank and report merchant to Shopify. I advice everyone to do the same. If do not receive full refund response Order #KA9044.

If refunded I will remove and update my review and view.

DO NOT PURCHASE!! SCAM!!! Good reviews are FAKE!!!

I purchased a $67 ad creative bundle and the confirmation email contained two download links that took me through a marketing quiz and then to a Notion page with no download links to the product.

I then booked a call with their team through the quiz function, and the organiser - Aistis Matulaitis - cancelled it straight away with no explanation.

I then wrote to their customer service team requesting a refund for the product I paid for and did not receive and have not heard back from them.

I will be pursuing this with Shopify and my bank.

Avoid Kandy for Scale AT ALL COSTS.

I thought I was going to find much more powerful content. I find unstructured, low-level content. I try to connect with the support team, and with no response. Before buying, please take a good look at the content and support team.

Its a pure scam.. I bought a package of creatives and recieved a confirmation mail + "download link" after clicking on the download link you have to surpass a survey, annoying but allright. After this you get redirected to notion where you supposedly can download the creatives package but i dont have access to it..

I messaged the Support Team that i need access asap or i have to cancel my order, respond came quick in the first place from maria but she just sent me the same link and i still wasnt able to download anything due to missing access..

Messaged the support afterwards several times, never recieved a response.. Quite sad - will go through american Express and shopify payments to try to get a refund.

My Order Number is KA7937, i either want a full refund or access to the creatives..

Really sad.

I am VERY satified with their service. I bought their done for you creatives. Nothing comes close to the professionalism they have.

They made a great marketing and landing page, but templates don't follow that value.

Don’t buy their Canva templates. A lot of the templates were repeated, support is terrible and I’ve been chasing them for weeks, the product page said it included story graphics but I can’t find them and support aren’t even responding.

Great Canva Ads templates ! Really good stuff, a lot of ideas, the implementation is great and I've test 15 ads so far and 3 of them are really big winners ! Thanks a lot !

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I am in Australia and tried to book in a call to discuss prices and services. The only available times are around 9pm to 3 am Sydney time. I missed the first two calls as the kids were crying a and the call was at 10pm. I finally found a booking at 6:30pm and they cancelled my call and sent me a rude email. Judging by the reviews on trust pilot, I'm glad that happened as I hadn't read these reviews. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY

They are reselling awful Canva templates while claiming to have a SATISFACTION guarantee, and then refusing to honor it. This is factually advertising fraud. I'm reporting them to 3 different consumer protection agencies for it. I could care less about the money, but not only are they frauds, their support team is garbage too (yes you, Maria) so karma comes around.

You can get the same Canva templates (actually double) for cheaper elsewhere... but they really are bad templates so I wouldn't suggest even doing that.

Poorly made templates. I use Figma so I bought the 500 static ads pack but it turns out that 3/5 packs aren’t event available for Figma yet, why even sell and market a product that is not finished? You will just get disappointed customers like myself. The templates aren’t event similar to the actual template examples and as many other reviews says they can’t be edited and most of them are images. Also terrible layout for figma, my guess is that you just took all the canva templates and converted them to Figma, couldn’t even take the time to make them decent for Figma, and still almost no templates available. Would not recommend, tbh. You can make better templates yourself

Terrible product the templates are trash. Some of them don’t even work properly and I’m not talking about the examples. Some examples don’t even have an editable option. There’s so many repeats that you’re not getting what you paid for. This is for someone with absolutely zero experience.

Difficult to use and none of my emails have been returned. I wish I didn’t purchase!

Been with multiple marketing agencies with my brand and I can certainly say these guys know how to work. Went from zero to almost 8 figures with these guys in almost 1,5 years.

Other agencies I have been with are not available in the evenings or during the weekend. Kandy are almost 24/7 available which is a big advantage when running ads online since we are not in a 9 to 5 business.

And most importantly: they know how to actually scale. Lots of agencies have had success in the past and what not, but actual results in 2024 are rare.
