I connected to Kapil based on a LinkedIn post that I resonated with, posted by him. I dropped him a message and got a prompt response from him. I had one question in mind about self for which I wanted to connect with him. We spoke at the scheduled time and as soon as we started talking it felt like I am talking to a friend. He clarified my doubts easily and also touched upon the deeper elements that might be acting as possible blocks in my career growth journey.
