We are confident that with your dedication and our proven real estate licensing program, you'll pass your exam on the first try. If not, take advantage of the Kaplan Commitment.
If you sit for the state exam within 30 days of completing your licensing program (or less if your specific state regulations requires) and do not pass, Kaplan will continue to support your studies for the same state exam at no cost to you. Our professional instructors will work with you one-on-one to create a personalized study plan unique to your specific strengths and weaknesses. You will also continue to have access to Kaplan’s exam prep tools and expert instructors up to 18 months (this may vary by state) from initiation as long as you are engaged in your studies and adhere to the plan.
*Kaplan Commitment applies to course purchases on or after 8/26/24. Kaplan reserves the right to adjust the continued study access period (in accordance with state licensing agency rules), and in no event will the access period and support services extend beyond 18 months. Reliable test book
Had someone else send me a test book. It was impossible to take the test. Thank god you sent me your book like you do every two years and I finished it in no time. I will only you your company to complete my 14 hour continuing education. I know you changed your name but the product is excellent and that’s what matters!

Too many mistakes
The book test questions had a mistake. I reached out and received a corrected set of questions, but when I went to input my test answers online, there was a question on from my test missing and a different question in its place.

Elective and General core CE should not…
Elective and General core CE should not require passing quizzes in the course in order to obtain certificates for the class for self paced. It is not required in person and zoom live, so it should not be required self paced as well.

The WORST ever, not engaging, hard to learn from.
I am now in the middle of the online only, no textbook Illinois 6 hour core CE. What a terribly constructed course. I was trying to find something interactive online and was recommended Kaplan. I just read the reviews about how the tests at the end are hard and expect you to remember EVERYTHING from the smallest printed text. This was SO not worth the 100 bucks I paid. very disappointing. You would think that in this day and era courses could be much more engaging than dumping pages upon pages of text with tiny font.
