Beyond awful. I tried to call them over 15 times over 3 days, during thier opening to book. I went down and booked it for 11 children, for my daughters birthday. Booked for 11 children. They put us on a table that didn't even fit their plates on.

I then kept being told we have to leave the other 3 tables free, for other customers. There was no one in there and the mums of the children were ordering from them also.

My sister made them aware she wasnt part of the party and she made her separate order and when she asked for cutlery she was told to take it from the table with 11 children on it. There was only 11 sets there. They reluctantly bought more over to her.

When leaving they shouted your welcome. I deliberately didnt say thank you, as they wouldnt even clear the table to open her presents with her friends. So, i had to use another table. I left the wrapping paper behind as they were acting like it was too much trouble us being there. When we were the only people there. They wouldnt even come and take the order at the table either.

They said they couldnt not put sauce on a waffle. They couldnt put it in a pot, as someone wanted they separate for their child.

Very poor customer service with no smiles and dry and cold waffles.

I'm obsessed with their waffles! The flavors are amazing and the texture is perfect crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside . Perfect environment and service the staff is really sweet especially Rubab❤️ she was really nice.

Do not buy the Rainbow Unicorn latte! Unfortunately yesterday wasn’t a good visit to jkasper’s desserts. In the end as the food made my stomach turn immediately after consuming it. I tried to speak with staff today in the shop.
No apology or compensation, no customer care..Terrible service!
Won’t go again either!

I was welcomed by lovely and polite staff, it was a wonderful experience at Kaspa’s. I recommend the choc fudge sundae with a royal brownie milkshake😍 best combo in my opinion

Horrible experience, a celebration ruined by incompetent customer service. Honestly the worst I've had anywhere. Not rude, just so slow and disorganised. How long does it take to serve an icecream and drink? The place wasn't even that busy and my daughter waited just under an hour for hers. Will never come back. The food was ok - ish but at the prices here, premium prices, the standard of service was awful. This was in Lancaster but the branch is not available on the drop-down list, so I had to put 'no specific location'.

Is it really that difficult to read an order !!! Again only half the order arrived and what did turn up was not worth the money and because there was no seal on the box to keep the item from being tampered with I didn’t eat it NOTHING TO STOP IT BEING TOUCHED BY DELIVERY DRIVER

Last waffle place in my town so with kids I've got no choice😂But never again,waffle shrinks & price increases but granted it's our choice to go.Young lady on till so miserable & quite clearly not wanting to be there.Dirty stains on interior sign,could be milkshake but looks like human excrement,think it was after visiting toilets.🤮Toilets cacked in poo,wee & pubic hair & you could see that it had been there a long time,beyond foul.Floor swimming in urine.Are the owners sight impaired or just don't give a damm.Will never visit again.Do we still have a public health department in the UK?How can places like this stay in business.

Lovely service, great portions, answered great prices. The young man hosting was lovely!

Order bananaberry I received waffle with some chocolate no banana no berries

I’ve recently left a great review and I visit here often , today will be my last. We had lunch in town and fancied something sweet so I had a crepe and my partner one of the half waffles on the kids section… the plate! Who in their right mind plated this dessert up? And it could have been for a child! The plate had a big sharp chip take out of it,about 6 cms long and 2 cms wide. there is no way u could miss that, I told a waitress, she just shrugged her shoulders , then after I went and asked for the manager, they man said that’s me, and again just started and shrugged his shoulders, not good enough. No one cared, no one seemed bothered. Seriously terrible service. If my complaint had been heard I wouldn’t have had to write it here!

The service was is very awful. It took very long time to serve and they had not taken one of the items correctly. Waiting time was really long. Not happy with what happened there

The desserts were very good quality and we were amazed at how quick they were making it, the desserts are also balanced with the strength of flavours and sizes. One thing to improve on though was the customer service as they didn’t really speak much and it was hard to know what to do.

Avoid at all costs. Order received was incorrect and Kaspa Desserts are refusing to issue a refund. Over priced and poor customer service. I will be taking this further.

The food is really great and the people are very kind with a nice smile. The food is nicley repersented and looks amazing and tastes amazing

If you’re looking for food so bad that you wouldn’t give it to your dog, you’ve come to the right place. These guys definitely know how to produce so called food that, in my view, is only fit for a cesspit. Avoid at all costs, the tasteless desserts are served cold. Outrageous that they can get away with this garbage.

The basque cheesecake is not nice, it isn’t proper basque it’s more like a New York cheesecake, I could taste the gelatin! The strawberry cheesecake frappe tasted like nesquick! When you pay Kaspa prices you expect better!

Beware of this scam!!! I ordered and followed the carrier on the app. He went to the top of my road, called me once and hung up, then drove off, never delivered my order and as of yet have been robbed of £53.58
