It doesn't look bulky when worn. The stitching along the sides is decent, though the seems are slightly uneven in a few spots - this doesn't, however, affect the overall look or fit.

Awful customer service. I ordered a coat which was trending via TikTok shop services. It was meant to be delivered by today or tomorrow as the estimated delivery states. The coat has not even been dispatched yet. I tried to get into contact via TikTok shop and the response I got was terrible, something about sending feedback to the warehouse, I don’t know how that’s helpful. I then tried contacting them on their live, the lady on there said she doesn’t deal with customer services and told me to email. I tried sending an email and the email bounces, faulty email address. So right now I have no option but to leave a bad review. Not satisfied at all with the customer service. Don’t think I’ll be placing an order from here again. Just wanted to know where the hell my order is!!!

I received a faulty item as the printing was not in line, was worried it would be a long process for me to get a replacement but contacted customer services and was resent a new item in 3 days. Customer service were very helpful (Helen). Never have any problems when using Katchme.

I purchased a couple of items online about a week ago for a Thanksgiving outfit. After they arrived I decided on a costume change and set up a return for the items I bought and had the return label emailed to me. After consideration I decided I wanted to keep the items I already had and cancel my return. Sammy was excellent and cancelled the return for me. After emailing katchme customer service, they had it sorted in about 3 hours for me. Thank you.

I had a set which I loved and there was an issue after washing, Rosia was extremely helpful and polite and responded to my query quick and efficiently and provided me with a great outcome! Definitely recommend Rosia for customer service

They reply same day!
Their customer support is amazing. I had an issue and it was resolved within minutes! The items I did receive were of great quality (a little itchy for me because I’m allergic to wool, which is my fault), and the items I didn’t receive were given to me in refund form as I requested! Would recommend this site to anyone solely for their customer service. But be warned, as one of my favorite influencers has mentioned, their knit set is for the shorter side of people. I am 5’4 and make it work. So if you are any taller than that, don’t get the knitted bottoms in the set.

I submitted a query via emails regarding a refund I’d been waiting for a week and Lexi very promptly refunded all the items and spent the time to list out everything that had been refunded. Very happy with the customer service received from Lexi!

I had an horrible experience when the delivery has lost one of my parcel which I returned on Post locker from KM.
However the KM company acted very quick, very friendly customer service advisors and helpful.
Moon was the last person who I had contact with and she kindly refunded all my money for the parcel which has been lost.
Moon was super friendly and professional and she quick processed my refund.

Disgusting people working here who think laughing and ignoring people solve things. Management doesn’t answer questions or respond to customers. Staff members get away with everything, all of them or most are ‘British white’ snm. If you are on social media it is a right for the consumer to ask questions! We have a right to know whom we are giving our money to!
Wont ever be ordering ever again. Minus 100 and will defo be telling friends and family not to support this atrocious‘ business’

I recently purchase some items, which I missed the delivery and I guess it was returned to Katch Me. However, I got a notification that my return was received. But what surprises me is that fact that I bought 4 items at 48 pounds, now i got a refund of 35 pounds, immediately I reach out to KM on their emails and they replied almost immediately and initiated my balance. The response and the problem solving techniques is top notch compare to some brand that will stress and frustrate you before you get your money back . Thank you KM for your excellent customer support services🥂

Placed an order which I received within the timeframe stated. Had to return 4 items as not suitable but had a bit of a problem with the refund. Contacted them through emails and problem solved within 30 minutes thanks to a lady called Molly. Thank you

I had an issue with a return, it wasn’t updated on the system and refunded even though it was a while ago. I spoke to Sammy they were great help and resolved my problem for me very quick I didn’t even have to try! I appreciate this fast response and happy that the issue is now resolved ❤️

I had trouble with receiving a wrong item. I returned the item but when the correct item got sent out to me it was sadly too big and I struggled to return it! That's so frustraitng! But thanks to Amber they sent me the return label so helped me out a great deal! Finally I got the item fits me.

Ivy has been so helpful in chasing up a lost parcel with Yodel. Unfortunately not a lot we can do other than wait but I know this isn't KM or Yodel's fault.
Customer service is kind, polite, quick and extremely helpful (even discussing refunds, returns etc) and it's not an automated message with the response having details I'd mentioned about needing the item for Thanksgiving.

I'd never dealt with Katch Me before, but my cousin wanted clothes for her son's wedding. The ordering was easy...and last minute, but despite that it all arrived in good time. With regard to returns of the unwanted items, Sammy was so helpful, in fact she went above and beyond to help me, and was very kind and understanding. In fact because of Sammy's excellent service I am confident I will be ordering from Katch Me again.
