Avoid this shop just like they’ve avoided me

Will not be buying anything from this store again. Returned 4 items and only received refund for 1. I ordered these through their tik tok shop and even tik tok can’t get a response from them. £60 out of pocket and no further forward.

Terrible returns policy

I requested instructions for returning items on 6 separate occasions. I was asked to keep the items & accept 30% of value & then again 50%!! I then returned the items to the address on their packaging which reads "return address". I forwarded proof of posting & 3 days later received an email with the required label & instructions!!! Unbelievable. Of course it contained a different address to that I posted the parcel to. Please save yourselves a load of hassle & don't even bother placing an order with this joke of a company. I await my refund with hope 🙄

Why is it so difficult to return…

Why is it so difficult to return anything? Its stressing me out i have commented on their instagram, messaged them, emailed them multiple times and no reply!!! This is ridiculous. I want to return these clothes asap!

i wouldnt recommend

the clothes i ordered were nice but most were too small for me and i sized up also its hard to return as you have to email them telling them what you want to return but they never replied to my email.

Was panicking due to the reviews and…

Was panicking due to the reviews and seeing that delivery could take between 3-14 days as I needed an outfit for my holiday. However, my item arrived just in time and had no problems (5 days). Item fits well.

The 4 stars out of 5 is for the refund policy that everyone seems to have a problem with, maybe Katch Me need to sort out their refund policy and customer service if they want to carry on selling clothing.

Avoid at all costs

Ordered £100 worth of items for an upcoming festival and unfortunately none of the items fit me. I requested a return via the sales email which is an extremely strange process considering it is not monitored regularly. I was given the same responses as the reviews below offering me 15%,30% and 50% to keep an order that was no use to me??? I finally returned the items and after waiting 20 days I FINALLY got a refund. Please avoid this company at all costs. The only reason I managed to get a refund is because I paid through Klarna who have a buyers protection. Klarna got involved and raised a case with them to get my money back. Absolute scam of a company

Already written a review for this company regarding trouble with refund. Weeks later and still no sign of refund. Avoid this company they’ll be shut down hopefully in no time. Have had to contact my bank to claim my money back.

“Terrible company, cannot believe the experience I’ve had with this company. You have to email them over a request for a refund which is already ridiculous that they don’t have an online portal. I tried to contact them on multiple different platforms including Facebook, Instagram and email. After requesting a refund on my items they respond by email offering 15% off instead of refund, I replied saying ‘no I want a refund’ they reply then offering 30% which I also decline to then be offered 50% off or a Katch Me voucher due to the returns process in their words being ‘too complicated’. Avoid this company at all costs I am still trying to get my money back on my order and fear I’m going to have to take it onto trading standards if I don’t get anywhere.”

AWFUL COMPANY!

AWFUL COMPANY!! Do not shop from here, I brought two dresses in different sizes and shipping ended up taking three weeks so I didn’t need them anymore, I tried returning the items to get a refund following all the correct steps on their website, they came back to me three times asking if I want to keep the items with a discount, I said no and after numerous attempts to email them after a long period of waiting time they finally got back to me with their returns address, this was sent back as per the return instructions. After tracking the item I could see it had arrived back at their warehouse, once again after numerous emails to them they send an email back to me saying that they need a postage receipt before issuing a refund. All proof of postage was forwarded onto them, even though I used the postage label they provided and can clearly see on the Royal Mail tracking it had been received by them. I have not been issued a refund and have now lost £60. This company is a huge SCAM!!!!

Awful Company

Awful customer service. I have been trying to contact your customer service to return my money from an order from July. After finally getting a return label after the initial pestering of offering money off the item to stop me returning- I have had no avail of receiving a refund despite having proof of postage. I have emailed various times for your company to start my refund however no one seems to want to reply.

I made a purchase for 1 dress in July, unfortunately it didn’t fit me it was too big. I emailed about a return and stated it was too big for me. They kept offering me a discount but it did not fit me. I continued with the return and it’s now September the 12th and I’ve only just received an email about a refund, but I’m yet to receive the money. We will see what happens! Awful company customer service is not their priority and they do nothing about it. DONT ORDER OFF HERE

THIS COMPANY IS FAKE DO NOT BUY

I’ve seen advertisements for this company for a while now and I couldn’t help but notice the clothes were identical to outcast clothing, when I went into the website I found they actually use outcast clothings images but heavily edited to look like their own - you will not get the same items shown in the image as it is not there’s you will get a cheap, ill fitting version because it is just another “business” trying to make money from cheap china clothes - do not buy from these EVER!!!

Shocking - avoid if you can.

Returns Process is AWFUL.

Took three weeks for my order to arrive in the first place. Then when I tried to return a couple of items, I had to go back and forwards with customer service for about a week offering me various discounts to try and get me to keep the damaged items.

When I eventually was given a returns label I sent the parcel back straight away and it has been about two weeks now with no refund. Have emailed customer services three times for an update and heard nothing - don't imagine I'll be getting my money back any time soon, if at all.

Absolutely shocking, terrible quality clothing and when you want to return it, they try to stop you by asking you to keep it if they give you 15% back. I had to keep going back and forward until they finally sent me a return label (you can’t return unless they send one) I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks now and still nothing. DONT BOTHER

For starters it says fast shipping and it took over 3 weeks to arrive. When I received my items they looked and felt cheap so I wanted to return this process took ages to get through to them. Once I returned the parcel I have had no response or refund and I am so disappointed I sent it back on the 28th July and it’s now the 6th September. I’ve tried to contact them and I’ve had no reply. £40 down the drain

Can't return item…

I have tried contacting customer services via many different avenues. Their email social media. They don't have a phone contact (of course )
I want to send back an item but can't until they send me a returns code.
So update now. Between 15-30 to now 50% refund on the item I now have got a Km return label which I have to print out and a further £2:50 will be deducted from me.

A joke of a company. Needs investigating.

Exactly as others have said. The delivery and return process is abysmal. Needed to return an item that didn’t fit. States on their website returns are easy and to contact them. I immediately contacted them within a day of my order arriving (which takes a while in itself I may add) to request return instructions seen as these aren’t available on the website.
Over a week later and im still yet to get a response providing me with return instructions or an address to send to.
I have instead received two emails that ignore my request and offer me to keep the items, firstly for a 10% discount then a 30% discount. If the item doesn’t fit, no amount of money off warrants keeping it.
The parcel is still with me whilst I wait return instructions and at this point I’m not convinced I’ll receive any at all. Or by the time they’ve finished p**$**g around, they’ll use the excuse of a 30 day return window.
For the quality of the clothes and the quality of service this place is a colossal rip off and needs investigating. It seems like it’s run by some very unprofessional people.

Order took so long to come that it…

Order took so long to come that it missed the occasion it was brought for, when’s items arrived they did not fit properly either. Contacted the sales team a few times now and only had one reply asking which items I would like to Return after I’d already stated in my first email and the order number/ reference!
