Amazing all around
The whole experience while buying a sofa has been great. We went to the shop and few times before placing the final order and everyone was always so happy to help. When we placed the order the seller went over all the details and made sure that we had all the information needed, he was nice and engaging. It takes a while for delivery because its custom made but it arrive before the due date.
The delivery guys were fantastic! They protected the floors to make sure there wasn't any damage, assembled everything quickly and were genuinely nice. Would really recommend.

Old saying, does exactly what it says in the tin comes into play.
Ordered our mattress for a great price. They told us 4-6 weeks delivery, arrived well inside thst time frame.

First Class Experience
We’ve just received delivery of two beautiful Fama chairs , matching cushions and a zany palm tree. We are delighted with our purchases, not the first great pieces of furniture bought from Keens. We were very well looked after when choosing style and fabric by Amit who was hugely patient and gave excellent advice. Delivery was bang on the date advised, delivery guys were prompt efficient and extremely thoughtful. The whole process was a seamless pleasure and up the usual high standard we have always enjoyed from this store. Thank you, Keens !

This was my first experience buying from Keen’s but can’t rate them highly enough. Their customer service from start to finish was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Even the delivery men kept in contact with me and took so much care and attention in my delivery. They have such a wide range of stock at good prices. They will definitely be my first port of call next time I am looking new furniture .

2 lovely delivery fellas carried all in and were very careful. Couldn’t fault all went great. Explained how the mechanisms on drawers worked and explained where extra screws where incase would want attached to a wall as a tilt risk. Very helpful chaps. Thankyou.

Good experience
Very helpful sales assistant. When the chairs were delivered they were individually wrapped and placed around the table by the pleasant young men, they then took a photo and sent it to the sales assistant.

Bought a new sofa for our living room. Very pleased with our service, in shop staff very helpful. Very accommodating with our delivery date as wanted to wait until living room was painted and new carpet down. Cancelled first date and no problem at all. For delivery given a 2 hour slot which was great and guys very considerate even taking their shoes off when entering our new decorated room. Overall very pleased.

We were unable to find the Ercol…
We were unable to find the Ercol furniture pieces we wanted but Keens has a great range with free delivery to the south of Ireland.
Very helpful staff, kept us in the picture at all times and the items arrived safe and sound.
Would highly recommend Keens .
