From your comments, it sounds as though your drains may already have been significantly blocked. Dr. Dre'n isn't a drain unblocker or an alternative to drain rods or chemical drain cleaners. It's designed to restore and maintain the flow of slow-moving drains by breaking down the build-up of soap scum, hair and organic debris using natural enzymes and beneficial bacteria.
As we explain in our product description:
*"Dr. Dre'n is a first responder BioPod to speed up slow-moving drains caused by soap scum, hair and associated debris... Enzymatic action breaks down these substances, followed by beneficial bacteria that create a smooth biofilm to help water flow more freely."*
If a drain is fully or heavily blocked, it will usually need to be physically cleared first. Once the blockage has been removed, Dr. Dre'n is ideal for helping keep the drain flowing freely and reducing future build-up.
We're sorry if the Guardian article gave the impression that it was intended to clear established blockages, as that isn't the purpose of the product.

Good service.
Simple to order and delivered within a reasonable time. Given how these products are packaged (dissolvable pouch and small cardboard box), the packaging for delivery seems a little flimsy - but they arrived unscathed this time.

i am on a regular subscription whoch isn’t often enough. i tried to do a ‘one off’ order but found it difficult. i have now got twice ad much ad i wanted. difficult website to navigate

The Mac drain unblocker is what I was looking for.
The Mac drain unblocker was what I was looking for as we have a septic waste water system and can’t put usual treatments in it. It hasn’t been used yet but it seems good. The products arrived as promised and in very good condition.

Dishwasher tabs that keep the planet clean too
Worked really well. And no nasty aftertaste on glassware, cups and cutlery that I've noticed from the polluting bestsellers. So a win all round

Useless
After offering to do a deep clean for my disabled aunt, she bought the whole range of cleaning products, absolutely useless, not one of them done a decent job, the glass cleaner left the windows with more smears than they started with.
The bath and tiles were also left like they hadn’t even tried to clean them, and I didn’t wear gloves because it’s meant to be eco, my hand now feel like leather, absolute waste of money and totally useless all of it! 😡😡

Products arrived on time as always, I've been using MACK products for about 2 years now and they are genuinely great. I've tried other 'eco' products and some are ok but all of the MACK range I've tried has been brilliant. Highly recommend, they are also very friendly!

Great customer service and products!
Ordered some toilet descalers, one of which was damaged by Evri ramming the parcel through the letterbox (I try to avoid using Evri as their service is terrible). I contacted customer services, and they were great, and sent me out two to replace the damaged one. Responses are usually next day, but they are a smaller company so I'm fine with that as they were friendly and helpful. Will certainly use them again.
