This had to be one of the worst…aweful
This had to be one of the worst customer services ever. I was unable to make returns, I sent emails and no response. I purchased two and wanted to return but silence. Money spent and not happy at all. I want to really make a complaint but no one to do so! Had to give to charity!

Got aired
I ordered from them and they sent me the wrong scarf because they're website had mismatched pictures. I contacted them and they fixed the website and said they would send me a free scarf to compensate. The scarf I wanted is out of stock now and they have stopped replying to my emails. Very disappointed by their service but the scarves are pretty.

I ordered a Turkish lawn hijab and a pashmina shawl. Both items are really good quality and the price is so reasonable. I could tell the items were packed with care and delivered on time.

I ordered 2 hijabs and on receipt of them they hand wrote me a note saying one of the colours I ordered was not in stock, they gifted me another shade and gave me another hijab to make up for this. I wouldn’t have even known that this was my order but such honesty and integrity from a business will forever keep me loyal to them.
