I placed and paid for an order on keh.com, but it was canceled due to a vague “security issue” likely caused by their own system.

I was never properly notified — no phone call, no clear update in my account, and no tracking number. Everything looked normal until the order was already canceled.

Customer support was dismissive and provided no real explanation, just saying the item is out of stock. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told there isn’t one, then the agent claimed he was the supervisor and redirected me to voicemail.

The item was already resold before my refund was even processed.

This is not about the refund — it’s about poor communication and a system that fails without giving the customer any chance to respond
