IN A NUTSHELL, they're scammers.
Besides the rip-off fee, they stole 100 USD from me and ignoring all my requests.
Finally they gave me the answer to walk thru the KYC which I don't want to.

Card gets deleted randomly after 1 month, I did not even use it.
Support has not responded in over a month when questioned.
I can send evidence of the transaction in the account if anyone is questioning my experience.
Highly unreliable, no support response
this service has become a complete and utter scam.
They charged me multiple times for card creation taking $60 instead of 30. After that they randomly charged me $120 for card creation, and around $40 in "declined balance fees" mind you I did not use the site at all within this period of time.
The "24/7" live support chat takes HOURS if not DAYS to reply.
DO NOT USE.
I had an issue, but it was resolved and the funds were returned. I guarantee it's not a scam and they provide excellent service. Support was a little slow, but in the end, they responded honestly and refunded your funds.
Here goes my most summarized version of review as of now (ends of November/Beginnings of December):
It is regretting that such a decent business continually downgrades to this SCAM level or worse!!
It is already 10+ days that I have requested support through multiple channels and I haven't either received an auto-respond acknowledgement that my request is received.
(However the chat box notice claims responses under 4 hours or even under 20 minutes!!)
I remember that I had given a five star to this business earlier and I am totally disappointed now.
They leave you on your own without any support on any kinds during the tough times.
I was planning to use this service during the time black Friday deals are running and unfortunately they are totally unresponsive during these weeks!!
I can neither use my card nor withdraw my unused funds.
It used to work, but suddenly when a card stops working, there is no support and you lose the balance that is on that card. The don't have support, there is a chatbox but you will never receive anything from their side.

je viens de m'inscrire. facile et rapide et sans kyc. le tchat repond a mes 2 premiere demande sous 30min. la 3eme demande ca fait 5h toujours pas de reponses peut etre en week end car on est dimanche apres midi. je lis les avis et reflechi encore. je vois la carte physique. le prix est cher et les frais cher aussi. si le site pouvait baisser un peu les frais de recharge se serait plus interessant. si le site tiens ses promesses ca peut s'averer interessant a long terme pour des retraits au distributeur et achat en magasin regulier. je me suis deja fait arnaqué avec un site ki ne tient pas ses promesses. alors les avis negatif me freine aussi.
I deposited money into KemyCard, but the funds were never credited to my account. I contacted their support team multiple times, yet received no proper response or resolution.
Based on my experience, this platform shows signs of being unreliable and potentially a scam. They took my money but did not provide the service promised.

We would like to clarify the facts regarding your experience:
1️⃣ Your first deposit of 20.47 USD was successfully credited to your KemyCard account without any issue.
2️⃣ For your second deposit of 10 USD, you mistakenly reused the previous payment address instead of generating a new one from your dashboard. As we explained, in such cases the transaction must be handled directly by Cryptomus, our payment processor, since only they can unlock or refund payments sent to an expired address.
3️⃣ Following this situation, and although the first deposit had been properly credited, you requested — as a matter of fairness and to close your account — that we refund this first deposit. We agreed and processed the refund immediately (minus a 1 USD network fee charged by Cryptomus).
👉 Therefore, we confirm that KemyCard never “held” or “stole” your funds. The issue with the second deposit arises solely from using an expired address, which is managed by Cryptomus.
We regret that you describe our services as a “scam,” especially since we acted in good faith by issuing a refund that we were under no obligation to provide.

SCAM!!! It always works the same way. First, I made a small test deposit to test the card, and everything worked. When I deposited $900, the deposit was "blocked." Support stalled me. Now I'm not getting any responses, and the money is gone.

This is a scam.
The other reviews are probably fake.
It works to transfer your crypto to your "card". But you can't actually use the card.
- There are huge fees for every imaginable thing you can do.
- It says that if there are three consecutive INSUFFICIENT FUNDS transactions, the card will be disabled indefinitely. The first one happens because you didn't realize you have to put the money into the card (not just into your account). Then you keep getting INSUFFICIENT FUNDS transactions regardless of whether you have insufficient funds or not. So by automation your card is disabled and your money is lost.
- The support exists so you can transfer your money to them. Once your money is lost they don't answer anymore.
