horrible wreath
The product absolutely did not match the size and visual of the picture. Instead of a beautiful wreath, a broom arrived. I have to return it to China. I was waiting for the progress from them, to the address. Terrible

Superb service
I had an issue with one part of my order and contacted customer services and spoke to Joy who assured me that a new part would be sent to me . The part arrived before Christmas as promised. I was able to complete
my Christmas present list. The customer service was A+++++ and the item was well received.Very Happy thank you!

sent me a piece of junk when I was supposed to receive a beautiful barn owl twice the size and made of wood. they steal images from etsy or other sites and sell junk. they wont let you return and you will have to file a complain with your credit card company

I they changed the bad experience in to a very good one!
I bought a pair of pants, and they were wrong size. So I immediately wrote them, expecting not to receive a response. Surprisingly they responded in less than 24 hours and commuted to send the correct size… AND THEY DID!. The correct size pants arrived some weeks later and I just loved them! Thanks for your commitment and professionalism!

they pretent to be in EU/US but in fact they are Chinese.
It took almost a month to receive my order and
the item I received does not even look like the product I ordered. It is a cheap copy.
Their return policy sais you can only return when an item is received damaged. They do not compy with EU regulation so should not be allowed to sell in EU.

They steal photos, videos and even descriptions and names from original artists and they sell nothing but the cheapest worst quality copies... they even claim to own the copywrights of that products and its a LIE!. I'm one of the artists affected and they steal my images, names and characters, even my videos from instagram to advertise their scam!!!

I believe, though don't know, if this is a subsiduary of Temu. Exact same ad photos on temu and others to be fair. My purchase of two lots of silk hydrangea came. Along with tulips. Tulips were OK but the other flowers did not represent hydrangeas or the photos on their web page. The didn't even have a leaf, just wire stems and the heads fell off and we're broken.
I had emailed the company, quick response. Wanted photos, duly sent but after 4 emails still no result. I have to put this down to experience. At £67 for 3 rubbish bunches of flowers I should have gone to Dunelm! But as the ad said UV resistant I thought ideal for the garden. These have been binned, not even fit to put in a vase.
Avoid using this company.

This company is in China
This company is in China. Their website gives you the impression they are here in the United States. I ordered on September 6th and it hasn’t left China yet. I doubt I will ever see what I ordered. I am currently disputing the charge on my credit card.

Total scam-terrible ripoff “reproductions” -steer clear
Total scam. Shows pictures of products then sends completely different terrible knockoffs differing in size, quality, materials etc. I bought what was supposed to be a 30” hand carved wooden owl. It came as a mass produced resin thing that was cartoonish and about 7”. I also bought what was supposed to be a large, very intricate and beautiful metal deer head that came as a terrible cheesy plastic thing and again much smaller item. The website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I said I was not satisfied. The products were obviously not the same. Their response was I was sent “reproductions” of what was shown. I asked for my money back. But if you try to get any help they say to send it back to them and they will refund part of it. But you will pay an arm and a leg to ship it back to China and then now you are out both the original price and return shipping. Steer very clear of this bait and switch and total scam company
