This property did not match the description on the booking platform at all. When we arrived, we found the villa to be in a very poor condition. It was dirty, several items of furniture and equipment were damaged or broken, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below an acceptable standard.
We immediately contacted the property management to report the issues. Unfortunately, they made no effort to resolve the problems or offer a satisfactory solution. As a result, we had no choice but to end our stay early.
To make matters worse, our security deposit has not been refunded, and we were charged an additional $220 cleaning fee, even though the villa was already dirty when we arrived.
This was an extremely disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this property due to its poor condition, the lack of customer service, and the unfair handling of our complaint. I strongly advise future guests to think carefully before booking this villa.
