No communication and poor customer service
I have used kennings many times, unfortunately after this order it has put me off using them again.
The order didn’t arrive on the allocated day, after waiting in all day I phoned kennings before they closed to check and was told there was a mistake and it will now be the following day. No apology.
I was only available in the morning of the following day and was told it would be the afternoon and they’d have to leave it on the drive.
Thankfully it arrived just as I was leaving the next day only to be confronted with the driver telling me there was part of the order missing as it wasn’t ready, this was day 6 after ordering and the email confirmation said delivery between 2-5days. After again ringing kennings I was told they didn’t know when it would be ready and they’d get back to me.
When I arrived home the missing order had then been delivered which I was very thankful for but throughout the whole process I had received no emails regarding change of delivery date or late arrival of parts and no updates at all until I was the one that rang them to chase it. The customer service has really let the company down on this occasion.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy . The delivery was a little off , but we got over it. The Gazebo itself is OK it will need checks filling &some sanding down on main posts but overall pleased with the Gazebo and they sent plenty of screws ect. Simple to assemble a nice steady pace 4hours start to finish . I would recommend the heavy duty Gazebo but be prepared for some finishing.
