Excellent service from initial visit to showroom to salesman visit to measure and quote through to installation by very helpful and extremely pleasant couple of chaps plus one with cherry picker to access tricky chimney!

Having researched other stove installers, our neighbour highly recommended KHS and Sam to us. We popped into the shop and were impressed with the range of stoves. Lucy answered our questions very thoroughly. We realised a Clock Stove would meet our needs. Communication with Sam and Lucy has been excellent. All the staff we met were polite and helpful- Sam, Lucy, Gary and Jason are all a credit to KHS. We did not want scaffolding up, having recently had a bad experience, so they arranged for the helpful Vince to come and assist with his cherry picker. Gary is an expert and experienced fitter and we were impressed with his attention to detail and enthusiasm for his work. He tidied up as he went along and left everything clean and tidy. We are very pleased with our choice of stove and delighted with how the company dealt with the installation. Thank you

We went with KHS after a recommendation from a neighbour and couldn't be happier. From start to finish, the team were great. The quote process was really simple and Sam was great. Lucy helped secure an earlier booking when a slot opened up, which meant we were able to get our stove fitted earlier than expected, and Gary and Jason did a fantastic job of installing our stove on the day, leaving the house incredibly tidy before leaving, and answering all of our questions. Would highly recommend KHS.

This is a family firm with exemplary service, right from when you walk into their shop, to the survey, to the fitting and after sales service. We could not recommend the KHS team highly enough. They are a breath of fresh air in terms of their customer care, knowledge and workmanship. KHS installed our new Clearview Woodburner in our refurbished lounge and it truly is the making of the room. Fantastic installation and the Clearview is so efficient in heating a large room - we are over the moon with it. KHS also maintain our Esse Woodburning Cooker and they always manage to overcome any problems that we have had with it. The Esse was installed by another company but KHS are just the best at maintaining it. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We are just delighted at having discovered the KHS team - lovely lovely people!

Fantastic service from everyone at KHS. Sam was really helpful in selecting the right stove for me, Gary and Jason did a great job fitting the stove, looks really good They left everything clean and tidy and run through how to use the fire as well as doing a test light

We had our stove installed about 3 weeks ago and Sam and his team were responsive and helpful in surveying the property, assisting our choice and installing the fire. Sam also went to some lengths to explain the need for a special multi fuel flue and to resolve a string of questions. Some uncertainties remain, however I can't fault his efforts to satisfy this difficult customer.

We had our wood burner fitted in the summer and have recently started to put it to use!

The whole team were very helpful from start to finish, advising on options and giving some flexibility around what was going be needed.

A real plus of the installation was being able to expose the existing brickwork, so saving money on brick slips and bringing out the fireplace’s original features.

Could not fault the KHS team. The installation was not without its difficulties in our old property, especially with two big old chimney pots to replace on a day with high winds and rain. Gary, Sam and Jason could not have been more caring, positive and energetic in their approach to the job.

Fantastic job completed from a great team. Lucy and Sam advised what we needed and guided us through the process of which would be the best log burner for our room. Gary and Jason were organised, clean, tidy and installed our log burner with a lesson of how to best light the fire. The third fire KHS has fitted for our family. Excellent job and highly recommend.
