Kervan Sofrasi restaurant located at 80 church street was one of the worst experiences going there. It was my first time and my last time. Everyone including the manager ( a man bit chubby with grey hair or hightlight around 35-45 year old) was very rude and poor customer services. I believe to be racist for people of colour with dark skin tone. I ask for the menu this man didn’t even look at me , no smile no warmth at all just gave it to me with an attitude. The way he talked to me was rude everything about this place is poor customer service- they think it Mayfair restaurant but this restaurant is located in a ghetto area. I don’t feel safe coming in
Sunday 25th January 2026 I went I. To get some food. His attitude towards me was like “ hurry and buy and get out of my restaurant energy “ very rude he’s make no eye contact or pretend to be nice he saw the way I dressed and my skin decided to treat me like this. All I am saying he is so rude and the whole entire staff.
