I want to share my experience with this company. They seemed focused on extracting funds from legal aid rather than helping clients. They claimed I had a case, pressured me to complete the legal aid forms to secure funding, and then delayed the process. After taking the money, they told me the case had no merit and provided minimal assistance. Be cautious—my impression is that they waste your time and do as little as possible once the funds are obtained.

Very professional. Excellent communications interface with client. Very clear and straight talking. Very prompt responses to communications. I have complete confidence in their thoroughness, methodology and customer care. I know that as an ex prisoner I am in excellent hands.

I have used this firm for many years, and
I have had both good as well as outstanding work produced by them. In times of urgent need is when I have found them at their very best, acting quickly and responding with flexibility. Mladen Kesar will mostly always take my call and takes the time to listen to my issues - whether or not the firm can help. I think what might let them down somewhat is when they have too much work on which can slow down how cases progress - but this also comes from the court system backlogs too. With limited staff and budget, someone will have to take a backseat when urgent cases come in and have to be dealt with. And this has happened in my cases too, but with my full understanding of this reality. Big thanks to Mladen, Louise, Tega, Lilly and the rest of the team for putting up with all the crap I bring to the door.

A very professional and helpful solicitors. I dealt with Madeleine and Sammi who understood the community care case fully. By far the best solictors I have dealt with. I would highly recommend them.

This company is run by fraudsters. a massive SCAM grabbing as much as they can from legal aid! Directors should be in prison! You have been warned!

Another organisation who find every excuse in the book not to take on cases against the police, even though they advertise it on there website…

All these firms offering action against the police are useless.. I do urge the public to ring the firms which will prove I am correct in what I have wrote.

These organisation in reality do not work in the best interest of there clients but instead they support the criminal police staff, because they find every excuse in the book to protect public bodies.. truly shocking!

I made a list of these solicitors and I will not use or recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs

I instructed Kesar & Co Solicitors in regards to a community care matter on legal aid. I am a vulnerable 30 year old with autism spectrum disorder and other mental health conditions and I have received outstanding legal advise from all of the staff from Kesar & Co Solicitors but I personally want to thank Mladen Kesar Lillie Makepeace Louise Edginton Danielle Bradley for all the fantastic legal advise there legal advise has been outstanding in my few and I will personally recommend Kear & Co Solicitors to anyone needing legal advise a big well thank you for all of your hard work on my case so far all of you have been amazing and I can't thank you all enought from the bottom of my heart for all your legal advise so far.

Niv Thayalacumar was a very nice, calm and attentive to detail in my case for i received a quick response to my outcry in a very professional manner.
She understood every part of my case and i was given a victory success reply of within 6 weeks.
I cannot help to thank her tremendous effort she put in for its changing my way of life, and the emotional trauma, physical pain and peace of mind i did not have are in now back on track.

After my parole oral hearing i was released with in 24 hours. Fantastic work.

I used Daniel Garner of Kesar and initially they were very switched on and helpful and transparent with costs etc ...
However as the case moved on and wasn’t successful the service dwindled and the excuse was they were trying to keep the costs down!
I did not request to keep the costs down at the end I had waited over a month for a reply and I requested that we called it a day and I had paid up front so asked for a refund.
I wanted to finish and told them and the bit that peeved me was they had a meeting about it and charged me over £250 !!! To reduce what they owed me
This isn’t sour grapes because I did not win the case. There have aired my views

Total shambles! Avoid like the plague!
