We couldn't be happier with our new Kesseler kitchen!

From the outset, Sean at the Witham and Brentwood showroom was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. He worked diligently to understand our vision, preferences, and specific requirements.

Given the scale of this project, we found Sean's ideas and visualisations invaluable. Throughout the process, we made several changes, but nothing was ever too much trouble. Sean demonstrated remarkable patience and understanding, especially given our unique circumstances – we were planning a wedding and expecting a baby, which made adhering to our timescale absolutely critical. Sean rose to the challenge brilliantly, ensuring the project was completed on schedule.

His attention to detail was outstanding, and his extensive knowledge of kitchens, worktops, and units proved invaluable throughout the design and installation process. Sean's genuine commitment to creating a show-stopping kitchen was evident at every stage, and he certainly delivered on that promise.

Our new kitchen is exactly what we envisioned – we genuinely feel like we've moved into a new home!

We couldn’t be happier with our new Kesseler kitchen! Right from the outset Barry in VW was welcoming and helpful, and we felt he worked hard to understand what we were looking for and our preferences etc. We found the visualisations particularly useful given we were making some structural changes in the house. We made a few tweaks, but nothing was too much trouble for him. Fitting the kitchen took a little longer than we expected, but that was partly due to dependencies on our builder. Julian, our fitter, was awesome and I’d highly recommend him for his attention to detail (and humour!). Our new kitchen is exactly what we wanted… we feel like we’ve moved house! Thank you Barry and Julian!!

Richard and team truly deliver on their promises - from designs all the way through to fitting and commisioning. They have a great eye for detail and are always willing to go the extra mile. We now have a unique and stylish custom-built kitchen to enjoy every day for years to come. Highly recommended!

Throughout the process, Richard was very professional, friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and had lots of good design ideas, without being pushy. Communication was excellent at all stages of the process and it was helpful to visit the showroom. Paul, who did the fitting and plumbing, was punctual, hard-working and tidy. I’m so pleased with the style and functionality of my kitchen and highly recommend Kesseler Kitchens.

Recently visited a Kesseler showroom. Was so very impressed, not only with the quality of the kitchens, but also the knowledge of the designer. Once my new house is in its final chapter of construction I will definitely purchase my kitchen from Kesseler.

We are delighted with our Kesseler Kitchen. Barry at Virginia Water Kesseler was so professional and patient as we changed our minds about the design. From the 1st visit to the showroom to final inspection he was quick to respond to our questions and answer questions.

We have a great design which is practical and beautiful and so much storage space. Barry was great at sourcing appliances and liaising with installation team. We had Julian fit our kitchen and he was a skilled craftsman. The kitchen took a little longer to complete than initially expected but we are delighted with the result. Kesseler were very good at advising us to have a sample of the bespoke colour we chose so we could see it in our own home. The after sales /installation service is brilliant too. Unreservedly recommend Kesseler kitchens and Barry and Virginia Water showroom team.

Had a Great experience dealing with Barry at Kesseler, got through the design, order and installation very smoothly and professionally, now we have a great looking functional kitchen We wanted to!

Our kitchen designer, Barry has been great from start to finish! He spent so much time with us initially to fully understand what we were looking for and making sure the design was going to be perfect. He even went the extra mile to find a special wine fridge that was exactly what we were looking for!
We used our own builders to install the kitchen as they were on site anyway, but Barry made sure the builders had all instructions they needed to install the kitchen to high standards.
I would 100% recommend Barry and Kessler Virginia Water to anyone looking for a new kitchen!

Great quality kitchen, Dan designed ours to maximise space and storage, great job. The kitchen is a sleek handle-less design and has been installed for over a year now with no issues at all, would highly recommend.

We were really grateful for the expertise and guidance we were given during our building project. Everything from the planning stages to aftercare was excellent. Alongside our kitchen, we had wall panelling and additional furniture resulting in a beautiful family space which we could never have achieved without Adam's guidance. Great experience from start to finish. From the personalised design and visits from Richard to his "project management" of the whole process which kept to both timescale and budget. Also great experience with the fitter and plumber both of whom were very professional and provided what felt like a personal service. We looked at various kitchen designers when choosing our new kitchen, including Smallbone. Having looked around it turns out that we found the right Company just a walking distance from home!
From start to finish we found Adam and Martyn to be helpful and accommodating. Adam's ideas proved to be just right and the end result was everything we hoped it would be.

We recently had our kitchen completely ripped out and refitted, and Kesseler made the entire process an absolute success. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality truly stood out.

The design they produced was incredible—it maximized the space we had while delivering exactly the kitchen we had envisioned. Throughout the decision-making process, the Kesseler team was patient, helpful, and full of creative ideas, offering thoughtful proposals and alternatives to ensure we stayed within our budget.

Their recommendation for the carpentry team that installed the kitchen was equally first-class. The team handled the challenges of working in our Grade II listed building with remarkable skill, seamlessly incorporating the design into a space that’s far from square. They even coordinated beautifully with Kesseler to resolve tricky details, such as appliance maintenance access, making sure everything was perfect.

What impressed us most was their ability to meet tight deadlines. Despite confirming our order just before Christmas, Kesseler ensured the kitchen was completed in time for us to celebrate the holidays in our stunning new space. The installation team went above and beyond, working hard and late to fulfil this commitment.

The follow-up and aftercare have also been exceptional, further showcasing the high standards that Kesseler deserves to be known for.
