We experienced significant delays in obtaining our orders and had missing items, which were never received. We also had items that were substituted inappropriately, when the item we ordered was discontinued. Initially their customer responses were relatively timely and satisfactory. However as time went on and we requested a refund, they stopped responding. We could no longer get in touch with them and they didn’t respond or communicate with us at all.

Got scammed like every other person here!! Absolutely disgusting company!! AVOID AVOID AVOID Do your research and find better options from other honest companies, Bulk Nutrients Lean protein powder is way better and get gummies like Kanstar ACV which has actually better ingredients for keto

Ordered it, received after 2 months. We received emails of delays and when it was sent.
Excited trying it - honestly, its not working at all! The night sleep+ is a disaster! I had 3 sleepless nights because of it. Experimented, tried taking sleep+ keto if it will make me sleepy during the day… kept me wide awake. In cnclusion - no go! One ingrdient there is for anxiety.. so in theory, the sleep keto is for calming. Burn + for AM doesn’t work for me either. This is an expensive gummies. Stick to woolies gummies kids!

Following my terrible experience with this company in December last year and January and requesting I be removed from their site. This was due to waiting nearly three months , no communication, no refund as they were in breach of their terms and conditions. I then discover they send me an order notice through “shop” and charged my credit card on February, which I didn’t noticed until I looked . I now find myself yet again trying to make contact , no replies at all and they have taken my money without authorisation!! This is a serious SCAM !!! Time to go to ACCC !

Absolutely disgraceful company to deal with ordered three containers of shakes on 1 March. I still haven’t received the order. Have asked for a refund on three separate occasions. They told me after 28 days they would provide a refund and now they tell me the order is posted so they can’t provide a refund. This company is just a scam and very deceitful.

Absolute disgrace. Do not buy ever. Communication is the worst I have ever experienced, no care for customer and just a complete rip off.
Impossible to get refund - all the advertising is rubbish - express post etc it’s all false.

Like the other reviews here - I think this is a SCAM.
I have received two AI responses when I have chased to my order. It's been 4 weeks since I ordered and theres been no notice of shipping etc.

It’s now the 26th March 2026 and no product or communication, although numerous emailed were sent to Keto help line

So I wasted money on a Scam.

Do not advertise your produce if you cannot deliver and refund the customer there money.

Be extremely careful dealing with this business.

I placed my order over a month ago and still have not received. Every time I request a refund they advise the item
is a week away but the item is never a week away. Obtaining my refund has been difficult and I still have not received the refund. Purchase with caution.

Honestly I’m pretty blown away by the results. I thought it was just another one of those supplements you grab off the shelf that promises heaps and does nothing. Usually you take them and feel the same or even worse. But this time was different. I kept it simple, did a bit of intermittent fasting, focused more on protein and tried to cut back on carbs where I could. And it actually worked. Easiest diet I’ve ever done, no joke. Dropping 18 kilos in a month isn’t easy, especially as a woman, but I managed it with this. Just felt simple. 100% RECOMMENDABLE

Ordered start of Feb with a 5 day delivery quote. Still not delivered as we approach the start of April. Emails go unanswered or simply promise to deliver in next 2 weeks once new stock come in. This has happened on 3 occasions and still nothing. The company is a SCAM . Do not purchase

The order wasn’t delivered and after 28 days I have requested a cancellation and refund. All I have received is an automated email saying they will consider it. During the 28 day wait I also got to read their sad reasons for not being able to deliver. If this isn’t a scam it is the closest thing to it and there is nothing Australian about it.

6 weeks no product.
If you don’t have the product don’t advertise it.

Scam. AI communication. Do not purchase any product from this ‘company’ Tried to cancel order after weeks/months waiting, minimal to no communication from ‘company’, followed request for refund instructions sent to me, request ignored, order then arrived. Too nervous to go through the refund process incase my funds were not returned + returning the product. Taking product, haven’t noticed much difference.

I ordered a month supply for a 6 week gym challenge to assist weight loss on the 1st of March.
It’s now the 20th and no product or communication.
A sent a request for contact and was advised that because of the high volume of inquiries there will be a significant delay in responding.
So I basically wasted $150.
If you can’t supply a product in a timeline that’s suitable don’t advertise a product.
Be very wary of dealing with this business.

They take your money for items that aren’t even in stock, with no warning at checkout. You’re then left waiting with no updates, and any emails you send go unanswered, making it nearly impossible to get clarity on your order.
The only “response” you’ll receive is an instant AI-generated reply that makes promises they don’t follow through on, including a $50 “apology gift” that never arrives. When you try to chase it up, you either get no response or find it’s “not applicable” anyway.
On top of that, the exact same products can be found elsewhere for nearly half the price.
Poor communication, misleading practices, and zero accountability. Spend your money elsewhere.
