Very disappointing experience. We paid £375 after providing all the required details and completing the application form. After taking the payment, the agency claimed they had completed the reference process. However, when we contacted our referees, they confirmed that they had never received any reference request or application.
The agency then advised us to withdraw our application in writing. We followed their instructions, but afterwards they told us that our £375 deposit would not be refunded.
The manager was also very rude and unprofessional throughout the process. Overall, we felt that we were treated unfairly and would not recommend this agency.
