It is so easy to use, no having to send off all documents payslips bank statements etc. so easy to use can’t recommend enough.

My experience with this company was great, it safe time of going through tedious paper work, previously, when renting, you Will be asked to bring , different kinds of paper work, such as contract, payslip etc, but with keysafe, it direct, no need to send such documents, and was suprise, it was so fast, love it.

From arranging a viewing to telling us we have been accepted everything was so smooth. The day of the viewing, nicky walked us through then allowed us time to look ourselfs. From there, Nicky passed us on to Kayleigh who has been very attentive with keeping us up to date then finally telling us we have been accepted. Kayleigh helped with any question we had.

Terrible company. Takes them a week to do what could be done in 2 20 minute phone calls.
