I thought I would provide a review because I thought I would share my experience. I have to say, the food at KeytoFood is excellent. The food is fresh, healthy and tasty. Some of the breakfasts (peanut butter and jelly coffee soaked oats) were so delicious I found myself sitting there marvelling at what I just had for breakfast.

The chef really know how make great dishes and cook it well. Really a phenomenal service and would absolutely recommend to everyone else.

This is a subscription service as stated and not priced per meal. Note they don't deliver on bank holidays. When you consider not all the food is delivered fresh daily, They delivery two meals on Monday and Wednesday and one on Friday. Then consider that £10-£27.50 per day you're paying and most bank holidays fall on a monday (5 in 2021). You are gifting between £100-£275 per annum to the company. The vegan meals while healthy(ish) began to all taste the same. Note they used white rice in preference over wholegrain. On check out you're offered a prefered delivery time which they don't stick to. The FAQ's for the site state times between 08:00-13:00. I often found myself in a situation of waiting for food to be delivered from 09:30 and it arrive at 13:30.

Very Happy so far! I received my first day of food today on the pescatarian menu. Lots of variety with a smoothie as a snack. Omelette for breakfast, delicious tofu meal for lunch and fish for dinner.
I have previously signed up for Fresh Fitness whose food in the end was awful, and bland and repetitive, and I just with I found Key To Food earlier to spend my money with them instead!

I ordered my lunches from key to food, and oh my god, they are so tasty and nutritious. I love that they even have the nutritional information written on them. I started training during lockdown and wanted to fuel my body properly, but I'm a lazy cook, always making the same couple of dishes, and I was still spending a ton on groceries.

I signed up to their trial plan for one week after exchanging emails where they promised their food is safe for coeliacs. I was ensured that they have a procedure to eliminate gluten from their food and they have many coeliac clients. They sent a meal with Guinness beer (was disclosed to me after the accident). I ended up in the emergency with severe bloating and pain that made it hard to breathe. Luckily, I stopped all the meals and avoided another one with rye bread that was delivered by mistake the day I returned from NHS!!! When I informed them, I just received an apology email, an explanation of which two meals contained gluten and a reimbursement for two meals!!! This cost me a lot as I was at the hospital for months after because of the pain, bloating and the impact on my immunity.

Their products are not labeled properly (label is on the edge and you can’t read the ingredients). Their apology and reimbursement is not the proper way to deal with someone that had medical problems and could lose their life!

I have been getting meals from Key To Food for a month now (lunch and dinner) and it's been a great experience. I have been so happy not to have to cook. The meals are freshly cooked and healthy and I have been feeling great after eating them. I am ordering a 'Balanced' plan and feel like the portion is quite big for me, so sometimes one meal ends up being two. I chose to get them delivered around noon, but usually receive my order at 9-10am, which is ok. I chose the gluten and dairy free and my requirements are always fulfilled.

So happy I came across KTF because I've been looking for a decent meal delivery service in London for ages & it's been great. I really enjoy some of the meals they send me, and I like to be surprised with the menu each week. Would love to see more variety in dishes and Would love to see you work out a better cart experience in the future (picking date & checkout).

There are three key components here that really matter when you opt for a ready made, healthy food delivery service - taste, customer service and flexibility. Key to Food tick all of these boxes - the food is seriously delicious, they are quick to respond on WhatsApp and have been super flexible when it comes to food dislikes, regular changes of food delivery (change to home, then to the office, then some days at home and some in the office). Excellent product and excellent service - and super friendly too! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Top quality food, great ingredients, reliable service. Portion sizes are perfect and filling and it's all super tasty! So grateful for their existence!

I started with a taster meal and it was fantastic. My target is weight loss so I chose the Burn plan and vegan. I thought it would be very difficult for the TEAM to prepare my meals however I was blown away with my meals. What a creative and committed team. I have enjoyed every one of my meals.
I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to change their lifestyle and eating habits.

Food is okish but the rest is awful:

1- I sometimes received the wrong package from other people (and as such the wrong menu)
2- I have allergies and those are not always respected
3- Supposed to be delivered at 9am but delivered at 2pm for lunch.....

Given the price for the month, the performance is not worth it

Have asked for a reimbursement and leave the program but have not had a response thus far from customer service

Deliveries are convenient and always on time. The variation in the menu from week to week keeps the meals interesting and exciting - packed full of flavours!

I had a good experience first time round, second time round confusion around seafood over fish order and they gave me tofu as a substitute. There was no offer to replace or change and i was disappointed.

Unfortunately there were three days of meals that contained gluten, I have coeliac so this was a real shame as I couldn’t eat them at all. This wasn’t supplemented which again was disappointing. The food was tasty however the vegan menu got repetitive with tempeh. I didn’t feel that I lost any weight as the portions didn’t correlate with my macro requirements.

Healthy, balanced meals. Convenient too. Been a bit of a life saver with two of us working from home.

Best food service I’ve ever had. It’s healthy, full of variety, fresh and delivered on time to your door. I’ve never had to think about what I’m going to eat again since starting with them.

Great food, when I had an issue I called the support team and they were very helpful, would definitely recommend if your looking for a good healthy meal!!!

Really amazing, fresh, tasty food. Exceeded expectation! I’ll be a regular.
